Doh! My post vanished! Re: testing kits/ other uses!

Sold ASC early on at 4824, bought back 4697. Nice few minutes work/profit!

Several companies testing kit, particularly the "flow" breathalyser types can test for several bugs, only needs a change in the sensor chip.
DVGE do a water monitoring kit they use on wastewater as early detection of virus - used overseas for water quality testing at source.

S - No, not i'm DGE. It does have nice swings, but often takes a few days/weeks to do so, then up and down! As R said, good RNS on financials year end June 2020 for GGP and a special report. For once the SP rose instead fell on good news! Retracing a little now.

R - This LSE BB has problems now and again, last week and early this week was stuck / slow!

O - I don't know enough on how policies ( or personalities ) of the USA president / parties would affect the markets. Hopefully better and upwards once the uncertainty ends.

T - I would think the AZ vaccine - said to work on the news, to be rushed out in Dec - would be sensitive information IF it included cost, price, scale of sales, customer base/partners etc. If so, an RNS would be required??

Sold ASC slightly early for a small profit ( small no. shares! ) missed out on last 20p/share rise, and they have fell back for next buy back! FEVR and OCDO look interesting too, as well as DGE.

Which way will markets go depending on which USA pensioner wins??

S - Yep, I've been watching them ( SNG ) slowly edge back up ... guess no big rise until news of approvals or publicity I guess. I can wait, nursing the "paper loss" ;-)

Well done on your TCM. NCYT not behaving again though, repo-men taken away a Tesla or two?

I've been having a dabble on ASC, bought in when I thought it was flat but it fell £2 after, just about recovered ... trading in a nice wide range but I am in at the top of that range. Was going to sell at a loss on a spike yesterday, but today over £1 up so would have lost out again! I expect they will fly soon with the new improved Lockdown 2.0.

Have you got used to the UK weather yet!

CCL had been issuing news last week ( see HL's watchlist company news at the bottom about cancelling 2 lots of cruises. Hope they do start to recover for you though.

Won't mention the Rugby Union as I see England won!

Why are the devolved "governments" now demanding money from the English govt as England goes into 4 week lockdown ... they make their own rules and take own tax ( Scotland income tax at 21% , free prescriptions and uni education fees! ) and made own decisions to lock down!
If Scotland gain independence they will be bankrupt inside a year! ( unless bankrolled by England! ).
Doubt Wales could even survive if they left the UK !!

Anyway, have a good Halloween ( not one caller tonight apart from food delivery - gave him a bag of sweets! ) and weekend all, Hope for decent markets on Monday!

Boris said rapid testing any time soon, and vaccine early next year.
Back into the Furlough scheme, bu likely lockdown to last a month and review.

Wales reviewing Sunday and still 9/11 open, BUT depending how good the Welsh are/number of cases, may keep it on a week or two more.

I saw some news last night, many people interviewed, most no mask, majority saying I'll carry on doing what I do now, and others protesting saying fine me!

Sad state of affairs.

S - Thanks! I expect it is just the dilution effect, we'll see when they hit the market in a week or so.
Got several tranches of SNG at prices from 175 to 222 ... mainly 180's. Not worried, it will come good, one of my biggest holdings after GGP ! New news today on a couple of other anti viral drugs ( after the Eli Liley monoclonal antibodies were seen to not work on severe patients ) to stop cell invasion etc. but none are TREATMENTS or cures. SNG001 is a treatment for inflammation of lung symptoms. So should get a mention soon, maybe after phase 3 trials.

GGP falling back despite the good results, good old AIM !!!

ASC keeps falling... again can wait, or average down .... thought they had levelled in 4600's .. but nah, 4380 now! Good entry point!

Looks like I got my SNG offer shares, well, paid for, at 175p. erm SP about 165 !

Watching ASC, back to its big swings, but in a lower range ... will have to trade the spikes and shakes then as couple ££ below buy in! Watched it hit 4570 at 13:30, now 4455 ...

Not had the big rise on GGP I expected, after all the excitement on the board! Slow and steady rise will be fine as the results are digested.

Markets seem a bit mixed,some up some down ( SP's ) at least ASC on way back up, although I feel it is going to swing around a lower level than last couple of weeks, 4500 - 4700 perhaps?

S - 4 hours to go to lockdown, does it feel like the great escape!

S - I think you need to share out the Tesla's ... so you won't keep losing them! Big hit on NCYT today, and pretty much most other shares! Shudder to think of the drops the brigade are seeing ... I get wobbly with a 1/10th T drop across the portfolio!

GGP news was VERY positive, I expect ( so likely won't happen! ) 25% rise this week, another 30% by end November.
Don't think the small french crunchy pastry - Macaron ! - has shut borders just yet, just the rest of Italy, France and Germany, and UK likely next week or so! Despite rapid test news and vaccine news.

T - Thanks re: GGP. Should do! My quandary is when to sell ... make a good profit now, hold a few months and make 3x profit, or top slice. Probably the latter. Keep the main holding, sell the spares!
Good to see the view on US stocks rising, I really don't know what spooked the UK markets today, I saw no real bad news ... must be sentiments and jitters over USA elections, Brexit deal and lockdown worsening.

Ohh well, at least I don't read/get involved in IAG BB!!!!
