An NHS hospital in Cambridge has become the first in the UK to use coronavirus testing machines that give results in an hour-and-a-half.

Ten portable devices, called Samba Two, were this week deployed at the 1,000-bed Addenbrooke's Hospital to test staff and patients.

The machines have shown to be almost 99 per cent accurate at analysing swabs and give a result in just 90 minutes, compared to current PCR tests which take up to two days.

Once nasal and throat swabs have been collected from patients, the samples are loaded into the devices, which look for tiny traces of the virus in their DNA.

In this corona virus pandemic some of the companies share prices holding up,
and some actually rising for now but how would they do in the long run?

The Group continues to have a strong balance sheet and liquidity position, and re-affirms that its dividend policy of paying a total annual dividend of 50% of profit after tax remains in place.

Oil, however, was boosted by US President Donald Trump saying oil production cuts are imminent after talks with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia and Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

"Oil soared 35% after Trump tweeted he expects Saudi and Russia to curb production by as much as 15 million barrels to halt the meltdown in oil. His tweet didn't mention if this amount would be per day, or over an extended period," said Ipek Ozkardeskaya at Swissquote Bank.

"And given the very significant number, we wouldn't be surprised to see investors disappointed by a much smaller action if there is any in the first place."

Brent oil was quoted at USD28.69 a barrel, retreating from USD30.02 at the London close Thursday. Brent had hit an intra-day high of USD36.16.

said on Friday its annual net trading revenue almost doubled in
the year ending March 31, as the past month's selloff in
financial markets due to the coronavirus boosted transaction

(Alliance News) - The FTSE 100 was given a boost by oil majors on Thursday on hopes that Saudi Arabia and Russia could agree on production cuts, as the coronavirus crisis continues to play on the minds of investors.

The FTSE 100 index closed up 25.65 points, or 0.5%, at 5,480.22.

The FTSE 250 ended down 110.40 points, or 0.8%, at 14,436.80, and the AIM All-Share closed down 2.48 points, or 0.4%, at 663.63.

I have looked into Shell and CNE this morning but like i said earlier i did not buy any , as they say who he dares ....
