Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, to be issued pursuant to the Fundraising, to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on or around 8.00 a.m. on 24 April 2020.

The cash position at 31 December 2019 was £8.7 million (31 July 2018: £5.2 million), following completion of the placing in November 2019.

LONDON, April 8 (Reuters) - England's hospital death toll
from the novel coronavirus rose 828 to 6,483, the health service
said on Wednesday.

The health service said 46 of the 828 patients, aged between
35 and 96 years old, had no known underlying health condition.

Biomedical company Avacta said it had teamed up with Cytiva, formerly known as GE Healthcare Life Sciences, to develop and manufacture a Covid-19 test.

'The test will indicate if a person has the virus now, whether they are showing symptoms or not, and will do so in minutes, in-situ with no need for laboratory equipment,' the company said.
