Yes but turning a big heap of materials, that you have pre-paid for, into a sold product that has then to be invoiced and await payment, can take sometime.
I don't believe that to be the most efficient use of the companies bank balance, which by the way is not A$3.2m as that figure from memory included a A$1.8m tax rebate which will not hit the bank account until the end of the year.
The cash burn is around A$600k/mth and although the return at 30%'ish is good, the sales volume is too little.
This is probably why they are now considering licensing because time is not on their side and patents are years away.
Lars is running a very tight ship with little leeway and gives me the impression of becoming a little nervous.
We need an announcement soon about current project progress (South Africa, Asian conglomerate etc). Doesn't have to give names just tell us that these areas are progressing well and on track.
Start to think about increasing confidence and belief in the companies progress because frankly I don't think the eoy report did that and left too much undiscussed causing doubt in the smaller investors minds.
I'm still invested here but there are some compelling opportunities out there at the moment and I'm starting to lean towards them.
Show me some real entrepreneurial management to convince me to stay.
