Could be significant as strictly speaking he would not be insider trading and as such he may leverage his position to buy more.....Wouldn't that be interesting?

If we don't get an Trading update we should press the board for an Extraordinary General Meeting.

Under companies act we need only 5% holding to request this and I'm sure a few of us could get that together.

There's only so long that they can keep shareholders in the dark before it is considered to be unreasonable surely.

I think there will be huge dissapointment if a trading update is not issued.

I also think in that case Lars' reputation would be called into question as CEO....

How do you come to that conclusion?

Are you saying then that you would buy the shares at 0.12p even though:-

No new contracts

No new products

Little sales through digikey and Farnell

Running out of money

Poor management

Yes Van that seems to be what they did with Baiodi, a company with a level of success but without the global reach and expansion that Schurter could provide. It was a good deal for all parties and maybe that will be the route taken with us as you say....Whatever, GLA....

I think our Swiss friends are closing in on a decision slowly but Schurely...

Lars is desperately trying to clear as much of the backlog as possible before year end and possibly hit the target that the swiss need before their ultimate move....profitability.

An early hit would mean a move before the real explosion of smt and binder take place catching us all by surprise.

I for one would like at least 3p and that may seem a bit high in current terms (£150m valuation) but expanded across a world wide network by a company like Schurter that would be peanuts.

I just wonder if we will be fortunate enough to see those levels before the swiss flag is flying over Seven Hills......

The very fact that no directors or serious investors have neither bought or sold in the last 6 months says it all....It's happening.

Schurters position has to be reported but may be not until they have finished accumulating....

The rules seem ambiguous.

Exactly what I was saying in my post of 7th May....

They can't hold back news or at least that is what the rule book says.....But not sure about NDA's.
