The loss was exaggerated just as I said it would be, it was falsely created from Friday's untrue close.

The point is "why"..........In my opinion something significant is about to take place.

As for the Swiss affect, I worked in London during the late 70's early 80's for a huge Swiss multinational engineering Co and can confirm their outlook regarding business matters, honesty and loyalty are everything, especially when dealing with financial matters.

Believe me DH and GC will not be loving this SP any more than the rest of us......GLA.

Look out for a big artificial drop Monday morning.

MM's closed today at 0.23p which would equate to a 15% increase although LSE showing 0.205p which in fact is only a 2.5% increase.

Without an RNS to support it the affect on Monday's open will look like a big drop to flush the last weak hands out before a rise maybe.

This is a time of accumulation, the quiet time when people get frustrated and bored to the point where they sell and others accumulate their shares on the cheap.

If funds allow, this is a good time to buy in my opinion as news cannot be far away now and then the price will rise rapidly.

At the moment it would seem you can buy at close to 0.215p.....Bargain and lower than DH in his last top up.

· Cash at bank on 31 Dec 2025 was A$2.9m (H1 FY25: A$4.2m).

· Trade debtors exceeded trade creditors by A$0.3m.

· The company is debt-free.

Energous (WATT) the wireless tracking system manufacturer that uses Cap-XX in the Epeas boards is doing extremely well.

Risen from $3.6 to $17.3 since the start of 2026 and making me wish I had tucked a little into them too.

The European market opening up to them too now after their POWERBRIDGE PRO gains EU approval.

It all helps Cap-XX too.

Prediction went out the window thanks to Mr Trump but he has provided buying opportunities ironically.

I think the state of play is quite simple, to get the company into a position of strength both in terms of IP and financially.

It just shows how much of a desperate situation the company was in under the previous management that it has taken 2 years to get it sorted.

Developing new products, manufacturing ability, commercial distributors and building confidence among major customers all while doing a balancing act financially.

If you (NF) think that was an easy task then plainly you have never undertaken the responsibility of creating and running any type of business.

Lars may be a bit on the slow side but that is not his intention it is the result of having to be ultra cautious with every step of the way.

I guess if you want a bit more excitement try trading oil otherwise just sit tight and wait.....

Yesterday was the 1st anniversary of the Schurter Partnership when the CPX share price was 0.11p and today we are exactly double at 0.22p.

No comment other than that, just saying.

I would of thought that any circumstance that affects the financial performance of the company would have to be reported to the shareholders regardless of any NDA, why this has not been so is a mystery.

I will give it 2 weeks but then raise it on Linkedin.....

I agree with you there Wyn and just as a bit of info, I'm also in AVCT and watching it bounce of 70p is frustrating but huge potential there.

My take on the double top situation.

Yes we failed to push back through the 0.618 resistance level (0.3045p) on the 10th Feb and the 27th Feb and fell below the 0.786 level (0.2545p).

Currently at 0.2165p but with a support floor at 0.19p rather than a fall below.

My prediction of 0.34p by the 19th Mar looking questionable but anything can happen between now and then........
