Dear Glaxo....I know a great biotechnology company trading at a 50% discount to valuation and producing incredible trial results in hard to treat cancers. Oh ...and some other platforms you may want to have a look at that can be thrown in.

In the open market you can pick these shares up for 15-16 pence. Go ahead and start an offer to Redmile ... £1 +

Would the local rag pick the story up from the MM site and go fishing....I don't think so. The only other options : Trish approached the paper, the hospital trial center or Scancell. I doubt it was Scancell, and probably not Trish...so my money is on the trial center.

Buy or sell , its disappointing that despite the story being published Sclp is struggling to maintain any advance today. So frustrating....

WTP, it would certainly be great to start building a realistic share price based upon what Scancell has achieved already and in anticipation of the Moditope results. 15p seams to be the support level thankfully and logic surely suggests we should be at Trinity s valuation. So much potential for new investors....

How lovely it was to put a face to Trish and a wonderful back story.

Hopefully the story will be syndicated to other news outlets...but it may stay local to Liverpool.

We have a multi centre trial across the UK so hopefully similar stories may eventually get released.

As they say...all publicity is good publicity. As Scancell have released all the info in the article I can't see them commenting via an RNS. Nothing to stop them putting a tweet out re the story.... and this may give an indication of their feelings about it being published.

I am very hopeful that Scancell and their platforms will help humanity. I don't fully understand any of it to be honest...but the Scib results speak for themselves and the encouraging Moditope trial data is extremely encouraging .
As LTH shareholders I really hope that we receive a successful return on our holdings. For many of us we have become attached to Scancell and Lindy s goal to erradicate cancer. They say never get emotionally attached to a share but I believe many of us are. Your incredible cancer journey C7, and Cleanerworlds recent situation only serves as a reminder to us all... and my very best wishes to her ...
C7, you and I , with many others have both followed and financed Sclp for over a decade and to be honest I'm now eager for a return of capital.
I consider Scancell is vulnerable to a bid as we have such great potential but at a miserably low share price. I understand that my "emotional attachment " sometimes affects what I post.

Worst case scenario, could Redmile bid at a very low offer... end up with the whole company....de-list Sclp....and sell on as the trial of Moditope progresses ?? It would mean taking on 100% risk but we are at such a low market cap even a premium bid is cheap

The evidence is very clear , Scancell don't promote themselves....even the Proactive interviews seam to have stopped. Scancell publish in the scientific journals, randomly tweet, and attend conferences...but so do countless pharma companies. Does Scancell have the ability to seek out deals ? Having read Vulps recent comment on management I personally don't think so . I appreciate a deal was finalised with Genmab while the ink was drying on another employment contract but the upfront payment was very poor and we still don't know the exact milestone payment triggers.
The only hope is that the data from Moditope and or the pre clinical work on the mAbs catches the eye of a major pharma company and an offer is made that Redmile and Vulps can't refuse.
I know others have stated that the Genmab deal alone could be worth £1 a share so a bid at this level would get everything else thrown in for "free" . However, we have lost around 25% of market capital since the last conference and hopefully we will stabilise at 14-15 pence , Scancell must surely be very, very vulnerable to a bid approach.
As stated, it would all depend on Redmile and Vulps. Would they accept a low value bid or are they prepared to fund Scancell further ? If funding is required by next April, then Scancell will need to start planning for funds in the next few months . I think we are very , very likely to get an approach soon and success will depend on whether Redmile want to play the long game

Exercise price not at any premium which is disappointing ?...but suppose it gives a floor and an incentive to keep above 17.5p

WTP, I agree the sum of the platforms is worth potentially far , far , more than £1 .
I invested first in relation to SCIB thinking a bid approach was around the corner and even after all these years with incredible survival rates...nothing. Then Covidity, i Scib, and Moditope enhancing the intellectual property not forgetting the deal with Genmab with the "mates rates" upfront payment while feathering the nest at another biotechnology company...hmm.
I am fatigued... and it's strange to believe the potential may finally be coming to fruition but at the same time I'm now happy to exit the vast majority at £1 . Scalps share price is like climbing a greasy pole, we just can't seam to get any foothold. I do wonder if it is a USA / UK issue and despite every bit of progress we are overlooked for some bizarre reasons....but we have Redmile so surely that can't be the case.
Anyway, my LTH weariness comes across as negatively...sorry for that.

As the end of Q1 approaches i had hoped we would have been nearer to my £1 goal, especially with initial positive data on modi .
Guess the question is....Will we get a bid approach ? Are all of our platforms combined worth at least £1 to any of the oncology pharmas awash with cash and looking for targets? I'm hopeful the initial modi data and Genmab deal will flush something out this year.

Well...Vulps made there opinion known in their note released afew days ago - so at least we know their opinion on where they think the share price should be currently... and then add a bid premium. I would accept £1 a share, LTH exhaustion I'm afraid .
