All very promising but we have had this statement year after year at each AGM and fundraising!!!

There's certainly enough data on Scib ...and promising early data on Moditope ...to grab the attention of a major pharma , and then we have the mAbs pipeline. If we don't get a major deal this year on Scib / Moditope...the only conclusion is we have a diverse pipeline that no one is interested in.

Chester, a great post, but it reinforces my disbelief as to why Scancell has not been bid for. The major pharmaceutical companies have seen the same data as Redmile ....incredible results... as per the RNSs related to both SCIB and Moditope , but appear to have no interest in Scancell . Looking at the deals being announced from the JPM conference its so depressing.

I wouldn't be surprised if Redmile made the argument to delist.... what is the point of being listed on the AIM market now we have secured funding. Value is so disconnected from the SP.

I think, with luck, this time frame will be a lot shorter. The Scib trial has been extended but everything points to a readout this year H2 ?? With that in mind it may prompt a buyout or partnership ? And then we have the mystery of the moditope results. Pharma majors will either decide this year to make an offer/ partnership or that they will pursue the mRNA path and are not interested in either Scib and or moditope. However, looking at the data that we know about , and the positive comments from trial clinicians in the last RNS ... can major pharmaceutical companies not be interested??? Hopefully we may get more exposure at the JPM conference next week 🤞

You claim to be knowledgeable but retrospectively your posts are worthless. You were confident of a non dilutive fundraising... only a day before the event. Sometimes it's worthwhile to take off the rose tinted glasses . Scancell , LD, included, have deliberately misled shareholders re non dilutive fundraising . Do you remember the AGM with the fundraising the day after?.

DeAar, with respect....yes..I do think a positive comment from our CEO would of helped. It was a perfect opportunity for him to openly support Scancell.

Just look at the comparison with IMM today...their CEO found the time to add a comment. Perhaps Phil was too busy packing for his jolly at our expense.

Yes... a good reminder of news expected but Scancell always falls on positive RNS's these days..so if your expected news flow lands, we will be at around 3p at the end of the month 🤣🤣🤣

Scinv...true ..sentimentis awfull. A year of positive news yet the SP continues to struggle and hold above 10p. Scancell can't fight the AIM market although it has opened the door to multiple fundraising opportunities. Nor can Scancell fight the political clout the large pharmaceutical companies enjoy. No surprise the government went with Moderna .

Scancell are also competing against the clock of innovation and their own cash burn. On the innovation side..the checkpoint inhibitor majors are all successfully pushing ahead with intradermal injectable checkpoints and therefore extending the "cliff edge" patents. The argument so often pushed on here that they need Scancell to extend patents...is becoming obsolete.

Sentiment isn't helped by Scancell , they always seam to generate more "unknowns" after each RNS. ie. is the new 4th cohort. Not yet given approval so how will this affect timescales?

A positive is that Scancell are still able to raise funds but we are never told who these new investors are..why the secrecery? Unfortunately they don't cross the threshold for reporting so we may never know. Also, it's about time the new CEO bought some shares. He must have done his own due diligence before accepting the post so i dont agree with those who say he needs time.

Again , another comparison with the USA, their management all have skin in the game and are not seen to be riding the gravy train. At least one ...just one...took shares in the last fundraising.

Deals are still being done so hopefully Redmile will be made an offer providing an exit in a reasonable timescale.

Guys, I'm sorry, i may be old fashioned, but I think that is important for a CEO to show support. As always...perhaps I'm being impatient and he will buy on the open market . It signals confidence in my opinion.

Yes , I'm sure that he will get options...but as Scancell have previously extended expiry dates it's no incentive.

We know we have news flow in H1 25 ..so fingers crossed for a good 2025 .
