TF , hope all is well with you . I just can't believe the SP is where its at despite the clinical progress. Unbelievable! I am convinced Scancell should have moved to the US market and ceased trading in the UK ...the comparison with US stocks is evident. That's in the past and it would be a distraction for managment at this stage with key results just aroundthecorner.

I do think the CEO holding shares is critical. How can he approach potential investors without holding a stake himself other than a monthly pay cheque?

SP 14.75 on his appointment... now 8.8p. Certainly making an impact !! Phil needs to support the company and invest , its been long enough now.

Burble...the continued fundraising and resulting dilution has got us to 1 BILLION shares . Even if these were consolidated it wouldn't solve the underlying issue...Scancell has failed to deliver the promised "non dilutive funding " rolled out at every AGM . Unless we achieve the elusive inflection point this year with the Scope / modi results..... it is going to be far more than 1 billion shares.

The company is voluntary delisting from the Canadian exchange and will be solely traded on the US market. Just look at their SP on the Nasdaq exchange and compare to Scancell .

Scancell in the Scope trial has as many responders compared to Medicus, but we also have the Glymabs and Moditope . The comparison in SP just goes to show how awful it is to be listed on AIM and not in the USA . It also highlights how undervalued Scancell is if you were a US pharma looking for a take over target . We must be very vulnerable at 8p !!

Trouble is Daffy, it temporarily kills off any demand for shares on the open market as the buyer has achieved a stake at an arranged discount. No doubt we will temporarily fall to 10p but it gives the company working capital to build the SP higher in the long run .

Today , Navitas Petroleum had a sudden late surge in their SP and RKH followed an identical pattern..🤔

Even the new CEO won't buy despite his confident stance. If nothing happens by the next fundraising to change sentiment then Scancell will follow the same path as Lunglife (LLAI) ...a great product that no one wants and a forced delisting.

Agree with you, AIM is dead and raising finance in the USA would be far easier if needed at any point in the future.

I would also feel increased "protection" if we were listed in the USA and had US shareholders and funds heavily invested.

While I believe Argentina is NO threat...Starmer is weak and puts other countries, climate policy and foreigners before the interests of the UK . Its excellent the Falkland Gov enjoys alot of independence and can give that slimy Milliband the finger ...but the UK controls foreign policy and defense etc...I would rather my RKH shares enjoyed the protection of Trump ( like or loath him) than Starmer .
