Yup, just need first oil for FID . I don't think Navatis will have any issue raising funds to develop SL. We know the Shenandoah Expansion phase has had FID and will increase FPS capacity to 140,000 barrels of oil per day by early 2026. However, this expansion will only add approx 20000 barrels daily. SL will provide exceptional returns and fund growth. Why wouldn't Nav want to develop SL especially if they have secure income from their current projects.
