Again makes sense that Cepsa is also one of our preferred refineries. I can see them liking the potential of BioMsar and if Morocco prefer BioMsar to Msar they have 25,000 tonnes per annum to use. As well as maybe producing fuel for MSC around the Med and Africa.

Half a dozen large refineries in Carribean, most of which are idled. The Limetree Bay refinery after 2 bankruptcies is on the verge of investment again as is Point-A-Pierre in Trinidad so I cant see its them. To me Aruba is the best Candidate.

Yeah bunkering isn't that important. Just get as many shipping companies interested before any trials and no concrete avenue of fuel production for a specific route.

Pretty interesting that JM is in Singapore. To establish the bunkering locations mentioned a number of years ago firstly starting with Rotterdam, then Singapore. Pretty obvious that Shell are the prime candidate for the trial volumes of BioMsar and Msar so could the route be Rotterdam to Singapore, especially in light of this news I posted a few months back.

Thinking this is the Honduras project, Pavana 3 power Plant which is owned by Lufassa which has its own fuel terminal and a 118km pipeline to the plant. 267MW wartsilla engines. Great project if so.

The only thing I can think of if it still is going ahead, is that Qfi is allocated a window during the downtime maintenance cycle at the site. Since they won't want to interrupt the production when they are raking it in.

If its not going ahead, just tell us for pity's sake.

I've said this before blackwash. Local consumers of Msar are more important at the minute than marine. Local mining operations, power supplies as I've pointed out numerous times with regards to Hfo being used increasingly in the US particularly New England and if Msar is bunkered at LA and providing the ship is US registered to get round that damned stupid Jones Act maritime law it can be shipped West Coast to East Coast.

Once again Haggis, why should anybody crystallise a loss just because you don't like to hear alternative opinion. This really p***s me off that people like you and Crownos and other disciples, cannot tolerate alternate opinions while everybody deserves listens to your positive mantra and accepts that point of view without having to tell you to pipe it down.
