As for the other projects especially Morocco and utah.

We are told about Morocco the client is keen to use and 5 and half years later ( ok Covid was a big factor) but from 2022 onwards its been a litany of delays ( ok excluding pump failures), having fuel stuck in Customs for 5 months is ridiculous....then being told that we are moving to another part of the site to test a new boiler.....so when we are told equipment and fuel are on site and are ready to go we are naturally expectant.

But noooo, out of the blue comes we are waiting for the go ahead from the OEM...but don't worry they are helping us to find new clients as a consolation prize while they tick away the months deciding.

Then let's take UTAH .....after how many failed attempts by a reputable Oil Drilling/Engineering company does it take to get stable representative samples for us to test...the utter crap from Hoodoo voodoo didn't help...but come on if they cant get representative samples to test....how does the damned project move forward..

Then all the quietly forgotten about other sidelines....

1) SE ASIA REFINERY.....ok they are assessing their future strategy but does QED still have a possible role in that strategy.

2)CARRIBEAN REFINERY ( ( BURP, FART)

3) OTHER SHIPPING COMPANIES/ BULK CARRIER ( CHIRP, CHIRP, CHIRP)

All those projects we lamented over the years....Lithuania....Roaring success....went for Russian Gas

KSA...years and years....all signatures in place except the Saudi Electric Company and The National oil company and once they sorted it out 10 months later ( BURP FART) they didn't wanna be first movers.

Morrison on his Proactive interview on JUNE 10TH, stated that everything was back on track and that everything would be signed off very ( pause) very soon.

And yet here we are August 8th and NO NEWS ON ANYTHING and people are still saying well ...news has got to drop soon...For people earning 4-5 k a week and to be trotting out Proactive interviews that don't reflect really and some garbled crap on LinkedIn isn't good enough especially when the impression from Morrison and Miles is that all is good, and on track and will be signed off soon and it hasn't and yet the Sycophants don't question it....

If they were to say....the contracts are in the hands of the lawyers....we have minimal say in the matter, we keep giving our input...but ultimately its down to the other parties and it will take as long as it takes...but rest assured all parties are very committed and have every intention of seeing this over the line.

Now if I can come up with that in 5mins not being an experienced company director that gives a realistic expectation of the situation without giving detailed NDA information away....then what could somebody on 5k a week come up with...

Morroco a trial that will tke less than 30 days could have burned 10 times over and so far has taken over 5 and a half years despite 2 trials already proving it works.

Morroco...alone is a litany of excuses...take your pick..fuel stuck in customs for 5 months, equipment swapped to a new boiler, waiting for OEM to give approval for the boiler, same OEM who is helping them to find other customers.

MSC ...bipartite agreements just naturally Fall out of the Tripartite agreement and should be done imminently..

Although demand interest for biofuels in trials cant be applied to the biggest ship polluter out there can it.

What is want willswag is a realistic expectation and not colourful language to drum up excitement for fund raises and then go back to buisness as usual once they have the money...every single project is delayed , every excuse under they sun has been used for delays and we are still on track and imminent.

I certainly remember that picture of Miles and the team, meeting the Kuwait refinery team and having a good old knees up....nice lifestyle if you can get it.

Love to know what these LinkedIn posts are meant to achieve since Miles & Morrison had a jolly up at the Hamburg conferences on bunker fuels a few months ago, where there was a whole host of industry players there....smells like desperation now trying to drum up buisness over LinkedIn.....wonder what happened to the other shipping companies interested besides and apart from MSC.....oh and remember that Carribean refinery to go alongside the SE Asia refinery...probably in the same Bin as JGC, KSA, KUWAIT, REDLINER/PEMEX.

You've been saying this for at least the past year...stop it..you are trying to appease yourself that everything is ok,.the realistic assessment is with multiple parties involved with lawyers doing lawyer BS, this can be a long drawn out situation which may go on for many more months.

You'd think with increasing costs despite forecasts of fuel price dropping, there would be some measure of urgency....seems they are quite happy...just like Maersk to p%%ss money up the wall....

And I think every excuse that can be thought up has been used for Morocco....clearly unconcerned about when or if they use it....Utah well its amateurish....surely by now they would have known how to get representative samples efficiently, lessons learned and all that.

I started this year very optimistic, with the Tripartite agreement signed and JM saying that the bipartite agreements naturally coming out of the Tripartite agreement it wouldn't be long.....I should have known better.Miles has been saying everything under the sun since 2022 saying how imminent we are...hit the ground running, boots on ground blah blah....I thought Andy Morrison would reign this Carp in, but AM is just as big a BS as Captain Calamity Kirk....

Now I tried to rationalise to myself what's going on....with all the New rules coming in charging for C02 according to ship & bunker the first full year of charges in 2028 will cost approx $380 per tonne

Now my thinking is that if they went ahead with the trial and it was successful, BUT HAD NO SUPPLY in place then MSC and other prospective clients wouldn't wanna wait around for months waiting for a Refinery or 2 to climb on board...they would want a seamless transition from trial to continuous uninterrupted supply to keep their operations from being affected.

We know MSAR only makes sense with Vac Res or Pitch to make the economics work...

So these communications about refineries on LinkedIn and Directors talk suggested that they might be negotiating with refineries to get everything in place before announcing the MSC/ RNS

But the number of theories over the years including mine have been way short of the mark...and is probably nothing to do with it at all.

Maybe its Lawyer BS as usual, maybe a pause has been put on the project to iron out a few points

But what it doesn't excuse is Morrison and Miles continually coming before the camera with ludicrous timelines and imminent news...knowing full well they have no control over anything

And they said as much to me in an email I sent on the 16th June....just after AM proactive Interview.

We continue to push for the signing of the contracts, but we don't have any say on when MSC will push the button on the project and sign.
