I really hope Miles and Morrison are held accountable for all the imminent and very soon statements they have continued to spew out over the course of the past few years ...its going beyond frustration now.....

Sure is going to be an interesting AGM this year, if this crap continues on the way it is...

But thats the thing, they always have a MOU or JDA or new iteration of MSAR up their sleeve which we eagerly chomp at the bit over , on the implications and possibilities.....we did this with BioMsar and have done so with BioMsar Zero....Enough o say....live upto your promises and get it done.

Quadrise underwent comprehensive testing in a JDA over a period of 7 years....wonder if MSC are trying to beat that , possibly 8 or 9...after reading that article, its the usual spiel trotted out over the past 18 months or so...tired and boring.

A couple of lowkey interviews and attendance at a bunkering conference is hardly stuff to right home about , I thought the appointment of a head of marine, especially one with extensive experience and respect within the industry would ignite the Marine sector...been a let down so far, thought she might have done a proactive interview explaining what exactly her role entails and how things are coming together....same with the other guy....what's his face.

The rhetoric in interviews and presentations is not being reflected in reality though is it...apart from the Sparkle trial , which was pretty much downplayed in the Buisness update, so I take these LinkedIn posts and attendance at Conferences with a lage pinch of salt...

The bottom line as I can see it , is that everything has to be completed by year end at the latest.

1) MSC.....the IMO EGM in October is going to focus minds....this puts into place the Framework which is to be adopted 16 months later at about March 2027...this means they have to start to apply these measure from this date...with tariffs for C02 starting in 2028....if MSC want to adopt MSAR/ BioMsar then year end is the latest time to get the show on the road...with 8 weeks approx to install MMU at Antwerp its going to be be in March 2026, for the MSAR POC to trial taking approx 2months ...so BioMsar would start in June taking the full 8 months to Jan 2027....2 months before IMO implementation....alongside that other bunkering hubs need to be negotiated and installed.

This window is closing fast, so the sit back and see approach is rapidly coming to an end.

2) Morrocco, I was wrong in my research about Cummins, don't know why I didnt remember it was a burn in the kiln...it was only later I remembered the QED on burner tips for Morocco....anyways

This has to be resolved this year, going into 2026 will be year 6 and thats just plain ridiculous....if QED have any balls, if no resolution by year end terminate the process...thats What AM said he was there for...to direct resources away from those projects going nowhere.

4) Sparkle seems our best opportunity...but dint think for one minute these results are coming out quickly, they will be pouring over these results with a fine tooth combination so again end of year seems about right.

But either way...we need resolution....this year after year after year grind needs to stop...because once again this year nothing that has come out of QED .....has happened and I'd be ashamed to keep saying the same old BS time and again to keep the lights on and the gravy train rolling.

THE TIME FOR QED IS NOW...remember saying that...its a year old .....so make it happen because this whole thing is just plain tiresome now.

Now while this is about rebuild engines, you can hazard a guess they would use their diesel generators as a mainstay.

Wouldn't it be ironic that the very OEM who is holding everything up is the exact engine type we do all our fuel testing on.

Interesting to read that MSC are looking to buy 2 ports near the Panama canal....if we can get these damned contracts signed...lots of things can connect quite quickly.
