My view is no one will buy in here until license is (again) renewed and 3D is completed. Why pay cash for an asset beforehand? Their share of these costs will nearly bankrupt the company but can probably swing it. Paying their share of a CH1 is a non-starter IMO. The dilution alone to raise another $5m would wipeout most upside. Ruvuma sale, I think, is an H2 story.

The market value of our 21m shares in He1 now accounts for 20% of our market cap. Assuming c. £0.5m in cash, our Ruvuma stake is being valued at about £6m. Kiliwani valued at £0.

We're trading at half the price we were a year ago despite better fundamentals, with farmout approved and work underway.

I can understand why there's no buyer interest here today, yet with a solid operational plan in place and costs covered, this is an excellent entry point for anyone looking to at least 3x bag in the next 12-18 months.

The other gas producer in TZ. Has just announced another round of share buybacks of up to C$40MM. Since Feb 2018, they've now distributed C$132MM (about US$100MM) in dividends and buybacks. That's a good model for us in a few years when we're generating significant cash flows.

AOI are oil explorers, not natural gas for domestic consumption. Besides, they have their hands full with Nigeria, Namibia, Kenya and S. Africa to look at anything here.
