OMI are now in a much better place and yes the sp is only a little above its all time low. Newmont paid over 5p per share for their stake and are funding the project, Uruguay is getting sorted in a positive way and Anza is in a hot spot yet the sp languishes at such a low sp. Makes no sense to me whatsoever. At some point though the sp will correct back up in a big way. Will just keep topping up whilst i can. Just have to let the market do its thing and wait i guess

Have to agree Webbs. It's really not been great for shareholders since Newmont got on board. On paper we all clearly expected a much higher sp than now. Maybe we would have done better if another big player got on board instead of Newmont. The CEO previously accepted that Newmont have been slow in moving things forward. Hope he can push them to accelerate things here. That said with Newmont on board, at least we know they have all the knowledge, resources etc to get things done when they do actually pull their finger out. This lack of upwards sp movement has also allowed many, including me to keep accumulating at these very low levels as well. Our time will come at some point.

I bought in a long time ago with Newmont getting on board and now will stay the distance. It has been very frustrating buying into OMI and with hindsight i would have invested elsewhere. Never expected things to take as long as they have. That said i am invested and do believe things will come good in time so this is just a longer term hold for me now....if that is monotonous....then so be it.....

Agree, Trying to buy in below 3p may be difficult. Makes no sense to sell any of the 10m shares whilst the sp is pretty much near it's lows. The sp is more likey to go up imo as things start coming together. The sp has been in the doldrums for way too long and things are coming together despite the slow pace. A positive move in the sp could come out of the blue, catching many out, and shoot up very quickly with the right news.

Things are moving ahead in the right direction. Wonder how long it will take to get some real movement in the sp. It has been stuck at these low levels, unbelieveably, for way too long imo. Must be due some real movement by now. My guess is the sp will start getting upwards traction very soon as there are so many positives here now. Holding and waiting.

I agree Bhargav. Speaking to the CEO directly has to be the best way to get an understanding of the dynamics here. I appreciate your reply. I feel things are moving in the right direction albeit slowly and, as you mentioned in your summary OMI will be looking to get Newmont to speed things up, so this is a big positive imo. Also you are still aiming to get to 1 million shares so you must be positive overall from what info you gained from th AGM. Due to work commitments , i was unable to attend the meeting however i do feel more confident about things here following the AGM.

Good to see a good blue day for a change....not seen that for a long time. A couple of big buys as well. Wonder if someone in the know or are some deciding now is a good time to buy after the AGM. Things ticking along slowly but in the right direction. Hope this is the start of an upwards correction....Thanks for your summary of the meeting Bhargav. Lets hope OMI can get Newmont to get a move on here finally.

I have accumulated more shares than ever here despite the lack of any real movement seemingly with the project...the sp has been in a downtrend for a long time now and sentiment is very low...so a little positive news could really move the sp back up quickly imo....Wonder if any positives from the agm will occur???

Newmont have moved very slowly since they invested here and ignacio accepted this when I emailed him previously. With the agm imminent let's hope there is some good news finally to bring some positivity here. Sp positive news has been lacking here for way too long...did a small top up today which showed on nex. At these levels it makes sense to me.

Will be interesting the sort of reception the board members will get from attending shaeholders.......i'm sure there won't be many there happy about their investment here???

Don't worry...so long as the OMI board members are financially secure then nothing else matters....clearly shareholders are immaterial......on a more positive note when all are negative, that is the time to buy.......much as i despair about the way the sp has been destroyed, the project will eventually come good for those that hold and the sp will be many multiples of where we are now imo. Sometimes youe have to focus on the medium to longer term picture.

How low will this go....despite things moving ahead very slowly, the sp still falls. The OMI board get share options and shareholders just get shafted continuously. Don't think OMI give a stuff about shareholders to be honest. They have done nothing that has had a positive effect on the sp since Newmont got on board so not surprising people are giving up here. At the present sp, those selling must be at a loss. The AGM is coming very soon and no doubt all the resolutions will get passed but there will be no positive effect on the sp....i would love to be proved wrong. Still i will just buy more and keep averaging down and one day will finally end up with a big profit however long this takes....

If Newmont do increase their holding, which will be a good thing imo, then yes there will be more shares but then OMI get more money coming in and this does also imply a higher sp.

Other than the 10m shares regarding Uruguay and the director options which we know about, funding is coming from Newmont so i don't see any more dilution as such to fund operations and drilling.

Agree MajorThomas1. Funding by Newmont so cant see any reason for dilution, not many shares available and things moving in the right direction albeit slowly. Am also topping up here and there when i can whilst the sp is at these very low levels. Eventually the sp is going to move back up in a big way. Once interest returns here, the sp will start moving back up very quickly imo

Seems a reasonable valuation to me if things go to plan. With the lackluster sp performance since Newmont invested here, it is difficult to see the sp at over 10p at the moment to be honest...however it is just a matter of time imo and eventually the sp will be valued at many multiples of the present sp....the pace is slow here but moving know right direction....

Lol....only 5 that say they are buying....with the Anza area having such a good pedigree it would make sense for bigger players to get a piece of the action whilst the sp is dragging along the floor imo...how long can the sp stay at these very low levels???

The present sp is beyond a joke imo. Things may be going slow here but they are going in the right direction. The sp is way undervalued at this point. What's to stop another big player getting on board at such a low market cap. Either way the sp will will be way higher in time imo as Newmont eventually pull their finger out
