Yeah...looks like years 1 and 2 are just dead time for us....years 3 and 4 is when things should really start to happen....really wish some positives would come before then...but not holding my breath

Yeah...agree...very poor performance from omi....really wonder if the CEO will do anything to get things moving here or is he just happy to let things move along at a snails pace....he gets his wage...that's all that counts for him imo

Sadly such behaviour happens so offen with aim. It really is a cesspool for the big boys to screw over the smaller guy...since this happen time and time again with many aim shares and the so called authorities never do anything about it....as the saying goes if you can't beat them join them, hence why i will just wait for the next inevitable pump to get out hopefully with a profit

I bought at a higher level and so am in the red. I should know better, however will try and buy more if it stays at these levels, if possible, as no doubt it will get pumped back up again in the future. Best to be in at a low price and just wait for the next inevitable pump up and then sell out and then wait for the cycle to repeat....

So omi get more of a commitment from Newmont after 2 years...so no placing as far as I can see. The rns at least shows all is well despite the very slow pace from Newmont...

Really does seem weird the way the buys/sells are happening here...really feels very manipuilated to me...to what end i can't say but it feels like the sp is being played with. At some point the sp will be allowed to go up imo as the present sp just does not reflect the asset held by OMi......just need some good news which has been lacking for a very long time

Good persistence Bhargav with e.mailing the CEO, let's hope these initiatives bear some fruit soon. Hopefully the CEO is also getting fed up with the constant delay from Newmont like all of us, and so is more of a mindset to consider and implement other initiatives to get things moving here once and for all. Just need some positive catalyst to start the ball rolling in our favour

Not sure why the sp is going down, but expecting good news soon so topped up a small amount. The sp will move back up very quickly imo with positive news

Thanks for the info Bhargav....sounds positive that we wont get the shares dumped on the market whilst the sp is at these low levels. Nice to hear something positive for a change....hope this will instil some confidence here

I would if i genuinely thought i would get a credible answer from him. I don't think i would get an answer that would be of any help. I expect i would only get a general wishy washy type answer to be honest that would be of little help, if at all.

Looks like more buys than sells even when including 1 sell on NEX and the sp is down almost 9%. What is going on? Seems the MMs are looking for any excuse to push the sp down. Really bemused by today's fall....... :(. Will the BoD ever bring any cheer for shareholders here????

The sp is pretty much at it's lows now imo....despite my present frustration with the sp and the lack of any good news for a long time here, i don't think the sp will go much lower. Those selling now will more than likely be selling at a loss and in reality news could come any time. News could multibag this in a very short time. I will just hold and wait....Selling GGP at 1p and now looking at it has left a bitter taste for me, i concede that i thought GGP was not going to recover much and now look it..... so will ride this one and just wait for things to turn around

Yes TYM doing amazing with their news today. Wonder what would happen to OMI's sp when we actually get some drilling news from Newmont...how much of a re rate would we get here...the mind boggles

The reality seems so long as the BOD get paid then they don't have to worry about the sp or shareholders. Have to say the OMI BOD are absolutely useless as regards generating shareholder value. Wish OMI never got together with Newmont and at least the BOD should have got some kind of agreement about drilling sooner. Very poor judgement from the BOD....but so long as they get paid i bet they don't care a toss

As usual the podcast was pretty useless imo. They clearly wont ask questions such as why the placing was at such a low level etc...no doubt the sp will reach the placing price...always does...will keep watching and maybe buy a much biggar holding if possible at a lower level...Longer term i believe this will come good but sadly with most aim shares the short term does not look good at this time...I think many will be looking to top up at lower levels

Bought a few shares around 0.26p a few days ago....typical we get a big discounted placing a few days after...the resident derampers were saying this will fall...was it just a lucky guess on their part...? The way they go about posting does suggest that to me as they clearly were looking for an entry point back in here ...The previous placing was for 0.08p and the sp subsequently fell below this before recovering. Is the sp now likely to do the same and fall below 0.1p or is there any reason for the sp to recover from now...I do think this will come good eventually but thinking it could fall further before recovering. Sensible thoughts anyone?

Many de rampers about...clearly looking for an entry point or maybe they nhave a short on otherwise why stay around on a bulletin board if you have no interest here. Typical scenario with bulletin boards these days...they will change their tune once they have bought back in.....

Looks like you have had a very good return on your GGP holding. Well done for holding for so long. Definitely have to take a longer term view with some shares...wish i stuck to my guns and held GGP instead of selling at a loss of 1p......very bad decision with hindsight...so OMI may be languishing at around it's lows but this will change so i will hold here and not make the same mistake as i did with GGP...with such a small circulation of shares with OMI, when good news does come, the sp should move back up several fold imo and in quick fashion

Sold out of RMP a while ago but bought a small batch today...Positive news does seem very close now and i am expecting the sp to move back up very strongly..Seen a few small caps recently bring out positive news and they have mutipiled upwards in a short space of time....RMP's time is very close imo...today's rise is just for starters imo....all about timing with aim small caps

Thanks for the update Bhargav. Have to say the BOD are pretty useless when it come to positive info for shareholders so their response is not really surprising. However they may well not want to divulge certain things so news could really drop anytime imo...so i am just holding and won't part with any of my shares until i make a big return here.
