Keeping an open mind on SP immediately after OO etc. My opinion will change very quickly if there are repeated buys of, say, ~100k before 01/03. We are likely to know direction of travel by 4pm tomorrow.

A very good background report as I had forgotten about Bemba, Berriba, Kasai and Lamba historical internecine tensions. Unless you are Barrick's Mark Bristow and can pull the plug when Zambians get shirty it remains something of a bear trap.

I know little about Oz mining laws but have previously been badly wrong-footed by regulations from the S African mining/minerals department in Pretoria plus water permits. SP should spell out any drawbacks here. Put simply, I had taken it for granted that the previous licence(s) on Big One had not lapsed. That was sloppy.

No. I think you will find most cobalt trace elements in the Roan group across the border in Katanga province. NKvS more or less confirmed the latest findings were low on cobalt.

We are slap bang in the middle of the KABOMPO DOME. The smart fellas will be chasing all articles on it if they are to be found. I haven't checked it out yet, but I think Sentinel mine is on the southern edge of the dome.
