Starting to wonder if it's bids in by end of January. Hence the investor event on 11th Feb.

They would not have paid the loan off if they had funding concerns. It will either be a buyout or a strategic investor taking a stake for a cash injection.

Not sure how this would work for ZIOC. If they merge, ZIOC is effectively in the hands of Rio Tinto, value of ZIOC sp goes up as surely it would be developed, but what do ZIOC shareholders end up with?

This has got Saudi Arabia and Vale all over it now imo. Lots of articles today about the 2 building a mega hub and Maarden considering a bond sale to fund billions in investment.

Could be some delayed trades come through today. 17 trading days until the investor event. They don't pay off loans or arrange that unless things are progressing.

Well I have agreed to write MK and AT a letter of apology if whatever they are working on comes off. I have to admit I showed my frustration in a few emails to them and came across rude. That was how my call with AT came about. I am old enough to think of myself as not having too much ego nowadays so I will be delighted to write that letter to them.

Same for me, they will quote for 1m to sell not to buy though...

Buy out - current sp won't matter. It will be a 7am this is the offer and we recommend shareholders take it RNS.

Understand the frustration with day traders and you could see who they were with the sp commentary and subsequent disappearing act.

AT and MK are not working flat out for 12p. Only a select few companies are capable of developing ZIOC, there will be alot going on behind the scenes. If AT and MK get this done it will surprise the market and sp in a big way.

People are just too short term and impatient nowadays. The market makers love it. Not selling for any less than 100p and really it should be over £2
