Not sure we will see another RNS before the event.

I think they will claim cancelling the shares, getting back the offtake rights and being free to negotiate without Glencore puts us in a strong position.

They are definitely aware holders are a bit underwhelmed and have more questions than answers currently.

They lined their own pockets before a buyout basically. What a charming world we live in.

Investor event is going to be interesting. Hoping someone has the courage to put them on the spot and ask a few questions about 4.16p, Knauth and his 1.5m options and no proper strategic partner as yet.

I don't like Knauth tbh. Greedy.

With all due respect the new investors bring more value than the average shareholders. Whether that means they should have got 4.1p is another thing but I don't think we can argue an armchair investor with no experience in senior roles at tier 1 mining firms should expect the same terms.

I do think the management need to explain themselves and their strategy on Tuesday next week.

I do think the Investor Event is an opportunity for the company to explain the strategy and either gain or lose the confidence of holders/potential investors. I would hope Shard have invited their black book. So I think it could impact the share price. Problem is alot of us have been here 10 years and want the buy out ASAP now.

I hope so too. I take on MM's comments as well. I just feel a bit disheartened with the RNS and I don't think am alone in that.

Unfortunately it was a typical AIM management scummy move at 4.1p. They have wiped a quarter off the share price by being greedy and out of touch. I am not convinced Knauth or Trahar care about private shareholders in the slightest. What could have been 200p is prob now 75p potential.

Maybe they should do a teams link for people who cannot go in person. I agree the Q & A is important. We need to know what the exit strategy is. Not sure we will get news before and tbh. If they released anything amazing Glencoee would want more money!

Money certainly brings out the worst in human kind. Who in their right mind spends the weekend spouting crap to try and get their buy in target. Looking forward to the investor event and hearing firsthand from the management team.

With respect, I am hoping that due to the ages of the people now involved, they want a quick and efficient outcome. Ie sell Zanaga with 6 months. Also hoping they didn't buy at 4p to sell at 20p.

Well I hope it doesn't matter but imagine walking into Dragond Den and saying you want 200p a share. They find out the last round of investors got 4p. Peter Jones will be putting us in the lift back down. Appreciate that's a very simplistic analogy...

Some interesting posts ET and 4Kandles. For me the elephant in the room now though is how do we get a fair price given the 4.1p buy in some just benefited from. What do you think about this? Eg ET do you stick to your 200p prediction or lower it? If they had bought in at the 10p share price at the time, I think we would already be over 20p.
