Someone reminded us what the NPV per share equates to :) That is the option Xstrata had to buy Zanaga out for.

Even if we got 50% of those terms we are well over 100p.

This is still being valued as an asset which has been dormant for a decade. Take advantage.

He has been involved in iron ore business talks in the past. However it also seem the Chinese visit in January is a bit of a tradition to keep up friendly relations.

Not too fussed about day traders. They take their % and perhaps don't research the full potential so much. I don't like to say too much but AT told me he was spending 90% of his time on ZIOC instead of working on Blue Vision when we spoke in December . He said if they can get this done (he couldn't say what this is) it would be the biggest achievement of his career and he is very proud of what he has done in his career already. So I don't think he was talking about 12p a share.

I do think it's different this time too. The reference to shareholders have been very patient with us, is telling. It's all about the price. Anything 100p plus and it will be life changing for many on here. Party in the Radisson over in Brazzaville??? That would be something! We will just need to keep Bear away from the bar after 10pm.

Company debt paid off too. Ducks lined up. I assume you would be more likely to clear the debt if the likely option was a full buyout. As a buyer wouldn't want to take on the debt. If ZIOC was to be a partner, the partner would not care so much.

AT said in his interview that the port deal unlocks the other forthcoming news events. That was key for me. This is exciting now. Supply and demand will dictate the price and it would not surprise me to see a magazine or newspaper write up adding to the demand.

Whilst I wasn't told anything specific. I do believe further announcements will come out. They haven't just been working on the port deal imo. AT was bullish whilst not guaranteeing anything, as you would expect. I did ask about country risk and if that had put potential buyers or partners off. He felt that wasn't a delay factor and said it is a very big project that only a select number of entities are capable/would be able to take on.

I spoke to AT yesterday. Obviously not much can be said but he assured me both he and MK are working flat out and to have faith that they are aligned with shareholders. AT hasn't been paid by ZIOC for nearly 2 years, his reward like us would be via the share price. AT said he is 90% focussed on ZIOC right now rather than Blue Vision.

A very simplistic view says this high grade iron ore won't stay in the ground and Zanaga will be developed. This listed at 156p. More shares have been issued since then but we are talking many multiples of the current share price if someone takes Zanaga out or partners and pays for the FEED.

Hmm I admire your optimistic view but do you actually expect a partner or takeover this year?

The reality is China has already invested in RoC and worse African countries.

It's all about the consortium here imo as the billions required probably mean more than 1 company involved.

Praying for a full buyout of £1 or more still but things have gone a bit quiet here.
