I imagine patent lawyers who actually understand FAP will be working overtime at the moment. Roche etc will not buy into Avacta pre|CISION until that angle has been explored to death. That, unfortunately, takes time but can't be long now.....February surely?

Because that's what BB's are for .... entertainment, amongst other things. My question for Pharma is-was AS shooting with English S/S or Euro/Japanese O/U? A loader would know that.....obviously.

Whatever AS does with TX/DX will surprise us....in the same way Launch did. No one guessed that. The only thing we know for certain is he looked at NASDAQ....hence is letter to the London Times. My money is on a split into two separate entities...possibly DX in London and TX in New York. But I'm no lawyer and I don't know if that stacks up.

Patent rights and licenses owned by Avacta are totally backed up by two universities......Tufts University for the master pre|CISION patent and Leeds for the Affimer intellectual property. Anyone fighting Avacta will have to fight those two members of the Blob and they have deep pockets.....especially Tufts. Highly unlikely in my opinion.

Curved ball? The company must announce a funding strategy before the end of February because waiting four to six months will see the company in danger of being bought out for not a lot of money. I suggest AS gets on with an RNS that includes a £ or $ sign and lots of 0's......we know pre|CISION works and another RNS that only adds to that will be sold into.

Tell that to our Asian partners in Affyxell as they continue to pump money into Avacta's Affimer technology.

Nigb....a simple answer....patients are not told details of the product. And an institution like Royal Marsden is trialling dozens of compounds but only the most senior staff will know the product source.

Avacta's Board will be pressing management to make known its plan for continuation funding in the late 2024 period. AS promised non-dilutive so expect an announcement to partner/licence/merge/list. But the appointment of Simon Bennett, and Shaun Chilton earlier, tell us AS will work to stay independent......and build his rival to Roche, Abbot, Fisher etc.

DTW....Charles Archer did point out at the end of his presentation that he disagreed with current risk evaluations and personally thought the chances of success for AVA6000 in excess of 50%.

Simon Bennett and Shaun Chilton fit together like Lego blocks so I don't think we need to worry about the CBO's credentials.

Whatever the reason it's probably the same one that persuaded Shaun Chilton to join as a NED. And in his case it almost certainly isn't money......unless it's NASDAQ type money.
