Stifel have now been living on top of the #AVCT Bid for about a week - they clearly are filling a big order - especially as they were almost anonymous as sole Broker. The question is - who for ???

Then add in recently appointed NED Shaun Chilton, followed by a Senior Business Development Officer, and you have an embarrassment of negotiating riches. I refuse to believe this much talent will be employed just to negotiate a company sale......licensing and partners only, with NASDAQ in the wings, in my opinion.

In AS's position I'd spin it that way if I actually intended to split the company....retaining DX in the UK and listing TX in New York.

AS is not giving up on DX....quite the opposite as he mentioned at length the expansion into Germany.

Affimer will not be sold. Read the bloody website. The very first sentence on the front page says:

Novel cancer therapies combining Affimer biotherapeutics and pre|CISION tumour microenvironment activation.

That means Affimer is central to TMAC and that is AS's real ambition. And why I still believe he'll raise all the necessary capital in New York.

I'd like to be wrong but the UK has lost the plot. He did warn you in his Times letter.

And also price. I wonder if AS is asking for a LOT of money

The real value lies in pre|CISION cleaving as designed in all the patients....all thirty five. I'm assuming we'd have been told if the product failed to do that.
