Wiggly....Presenting to Big Pharma? That doesn't add up. BP will know AVA6000 like the back of its collective hand and Simon Bennett was employed to fill-in any gaps. As I said...it doesn't add up but I'm assuming we've flipped from the end of the beginning to the beginning of the end.

Tom, if a formal offer of 200p for #AVCT is made, the Board would have to bring it to shareholders. They may suggest that we reject it; but they will bring it to us, nevertheless.

At that price, I think you have got to get to grips with the fact that many would accept it. I don’t think a majority, but I would suggest that it would be a significant minority.

My own view is that many should really consider the perilous situation we’re in, with regards to how a hideously low ball offer in the next few weeks / months could genuinely see Avacta disappear as an independent PLC.

Cj62....I think Avacta's board would welcome a bid at £5 per share, from a serious player, as it tells the world that player certainly believes in pre|CISION. I also think a second bid would then appear within less than 24 hours.
