Affimer technology may be unproven but one major company is betting a chunk of their reputation that it does work:

And I'll remind anyone that is still reading that Avacta owns 25% of this JV with a Nasdaq listing in the pipeline.

I didn't notice anyone buying 5.2 million shares when an Avacta share was 40p.

I think GSA are screwed.

And on top of all that it will be very difficult for Avacta to recruit a CFO on the open market with so much uncertainty surrounding Launch and diagnostics. Could the company be split with Launch staying on AIM and Avacta listing in NY?

If pre|CISION/AVA6000 truly can prevent the spread of cancerous tumour, without noticeable side effects, and at modest cost, then of course it is worth £3.6B.

Which of course makes it far more valuable than that.

I absolutely agree. I've kept faith with Avacta because of the sheer quality of S Chilton, S Bennett and the CEO. If those three together have conned me then I truly will hold up my hands and say I didn't see that one coming.

Business update? IMO, and mixing metaphors, a deafening silence on Heights repayment will lead directly to a seriously bad hair day.

But that info (RNS) has to come into play before the AGM, so a confusing two days coming up. Hence the sell off today.
