My take on matters; A loan facility was taken out with a private investor Bercheva also known as Bedsit. The terms of the loan would make Wonga envious. We can assume that whoever agreed to the terms of the loan was either mad or in colusi**. Ebioss (the Spanish parent company) owned 51% of EQT. The arrangement of the loan appears to be without the approval of Ebioss. The arrangement of the loan crashed the share price from 5p to 0.0038p. Ebioss wants the loan cleared and the sp back to 5p, BUT they are awaiting payments from contracts themselves and haven't got the readies to pay off the loan at this moment in time. If the loan doesn't get repayed Bercheva can claim shares to the value of the loan. THE LOWER THE SP THE MORE SHARES THEY CAN CLAIM. Bercheva are currently running a short to artificially depress the sp. If Bercheva take shares they will own nearly one third of EQT. EQT will still be due for contract wins. QUESTION Was the 28 million buy from Bercheva in order to work towards owning more than 50% of the company? Or was it from Ebioss trying to defend their majority holding. When ownership (more than 50% share holdings) is finally sorted BOTH Bercheva AND Ebioss will want the sp nearer to 5p than .0038p. I'm invested here waiting for the rebound which could multi bag from the present levels!

What on Earth makes you think EQT will finish on 1p today? Can I have some of whatever you are drinking? There is much more to play out here; and we are just at the beginning of the turn!

...I've seen the mms take EQT down 10% on sells of four million! A buy of 28 million and it doesn't move an inch. There are clearly instructions as to how the sp must be allowed to behave. I mean Beaufort's shorting would have got slaughterted on a buy of 28 million if the mms were playing this one straight.

A buy of �112K and the share price doesn't move? Really? WTF? Bercheva, and or bedsit, must have an awful lot of influence to keep the sp down after that buy!

Can you think of any one single logical reason why the BOD of EQT would sign up to a loan whose terms were so bad that Monga would be proud? In my view I think one or more members of EQT to be allegedly implicit in accepting the loan! I think individual financial gain was be the motive. I also think that bedsit doesn't want EQT to collapse, they just want the maximum nunber of shares to settle the debt. Once the debt is clear, and although EQT will have survived major dilution, the share price will rebound hard, at least a four bagger from these levels. Atb vcb

But Bedsit WON'T refuse shares and warrents will they. This whole affair has been leading to this point. Bedsit want control, but Ebioss will fight against it. Whoever arranged the loan will benefit greatly. Wasn't that ALWAYS the plan. Meanwhile EQT will face dilution and sp will rise to maybe 3p. But whatever happens I still believe that EQT will rebound and rebound hard from these lows. It's in EVERYONE'S interest to make this happen. A FOUR bagger minimum from here, thats a double bagger from my position holding at an average of 0.0075p. But when wil we rebound and what dilution will we face; or will Ebioss come to the rescue and ultimately fire the **** that arranged the loan?

Hi Jimzi, My take; 1. EQT took the loan out when it wasn't necessary so to do. I believe it was a deliberate act. 2. I believe that Ebioss (who own 50%+ shares in EQT) were unaware of the loan application and amount. 3. Ebioss bought some EQT shares at 5p, so the enormous drop in share price of EQT has certainly devestated their balance sheet. 4. Its in Ebioss' interest to close the loan; but they are in negative territory themselves and are awaiting contract payments, due this month. 5. Will Ebioss use contract payments or any other finance to repay the loan? 6. Beaufort Securities are the name registered for the short and are doing the short on behalf of who? 7. I think that the owners of the loan will push for shares to be issued to cover the debt. The lower the share price the more shares they will get in order to close the loan. 8. Talks to repay the loan stalled after a motion from BOD of EQT. There is currently a delay to negotiations.; 9. Its in no ones interest to see EQT go to the wall. 10. There is all sorts of brinkmanship being played out in the background. 11. Whoever arranged the loan on behalf of EQT had something to gain and was maybe party to the overall plan. 12. Major questions; a) When is the loan due to be repayed and how has the freeze in negotiations had an effect on this date? b) In lieu of cash (EQT haven't got the cash) how many shares will be demanded to close the loan? c) How much lower will the short be taken? Will EQT be sub 0.003? Finally its in EVERY stakeholders interest to get EQT back to 5p, so when and how and who will make this happen? I believe that when it rebounds it will rebound hard and quickly surpass 2p.

...aren't trying to break EQT, its not a total sell off. They are just doing enough selling to drop the so to their liking. I think they are playing Mexican standoff with Ebioss. I think they expect the loan to be related in shares and hope EQT are forced to do this before Ebioss get money owed from contract payments. The one thing missing for me is the date by which EQT must repay interest or capital on the loan. Whoever agreed to the EQT loan needs shooting. We were doing alright until the CLN appeared into our lives. I'm just holding and waiting!

I know Ebioss are witing on two big contracts to provide a large income, but will Beaufort take this down still further before Ebioss sort out the loan? Come on Ebioss - you know you want to! In accordance with the old adage of 'Show me yours and I'll show you mine I've pasted my holding below! Therefore the short is forced down on little volume awaiting decision on CLN. Once the loan is sorted EVERYONE Concerned will issue as much news as possible to get this back to 5p. I've been watching the buys and sells for EQT for the past month Luther; and I have to admit I haven't seen a 'few million' buys from anyone, even if the have been made up in smaller tranches. Must be that the MMS have shown your 'few million' buys as sells. That's good to know. I do, however, agree with you totally that this is an amazing risk v reward play. No one wants to see EQT go bust. Its in everyone's interest to see this back at around 5p, especially Ebioss. So we know once the shorting finally stops EQT will turn and turn hard.

Bercheva are shorting and pushing the sp down. The manipulation continues so that EQT will be forced to offer shares to cover the loan debt. The lower the price the more shares they will get! So until this loan business is sorted, expect more of the same. However once loan is sorted EVERYONE involved will want the sp up to 5p again, especially Ebioss. I'm holding patiently until the turn around happens. Of course a contract announcement and things could change within minutes. Still holding. Still waiting.
