Someone on the board had the brains and chutzpah to be involved in such a major scam that he was instrumental in crashing the so from 5p to 0.0032p for his own financial gain without worrying that he would suffer consequence or arrest! That board member certainly organised mor than a pi55 up in a brewery.

Birdseye I hope you are right that there is resolution this week, but I hope EQT don't go down the road of suspension to but off the end game. If the bod chose suspension I'll be worried about how long it will take to relist.

who spent �112 grand on EQT shares. It gives me great hope for the future. The purchase was made by someone with a big interest in EQT's future. It was either Ebioss fighting Berchevas short or someone corrupt or in the know about the events that are to come. We need just a couple of pieces of information to help us work out where this Company is going.

Hi gods; re your post of 9.06. The dilution would be 30% plus, but, two things; 1. The loan would be off our backs 2. The backers behind Bercheva's shorting activities want the tech of EQT. It is bound up in another deal apparently. So I would expect a small rise once the loan is sorted; BUT the main rise will be as a result of the deals done by Bercheva's backers after they acquire a 35% control of EQT for sixpence.

disappointments. I was really hoping for evidence of a move from either side today. No heavy buying and no RNS so the Mexican stand off continues into next week. The 90 day loan clause will surely force one of the parties to make their move next week.

in my last post I should have written 'these one million shares aren't by pis'. That's the beauty of predictive ****** texts.

...something along the lines that EQT were doomed; we've lost everything. My response, calm the **** down. The daily sp is monitored by the minute and as soon as there are a few buys , up pops the million sell. These dealings are by pis, its Bercheva keeping the price down to force Ebioss' hand. Ther's a lot to be won here, when the dust settles. even with a six million share dilution. If EQT deliver summer contracts as was stated way back in January, then EQT will be between 3p and 4p. Lots to be made yet. No more doom and gloom eh?

Ebioss bought 128 million shares in an effort to fight back. YET the share price didn't do a 30% to 40% rise. Nothing happened ...zilch! Yet Bercheva go a 3 mill odd retaliation and EQT are 8% down. So does the scam involve brokers or mms or who else?

...folks The spread on Monday was a whopping 22% In effect the mms didn't want any EQT shares Today down to 6.6% and a reasonable market for the shares is now developing. The mms are happy to take a million in one go this afternoon.

As I know to date. Ebioss is the parent of EQT. It has always owned in excess of 50% of EQT. Ebioss are due contract payments in June, all too late to be used to save EQT's debt problem. Whoever decided at EQT that they were going to get involved with a CLN knew all the dates and deadlines, so he knew that Ebioss would not be in time to see off the loan that he decided to OK! (all contrived and all too corrupt) The only way Ebioss can resolve this is to access a loan themselves, otherwise under the terms of the loan a payment must be made before the end of May ( I read that somewhere, but can't remember the source) Meanwhile the backers of Bercheva (they are an inbetweeners finance company) will force the sp down so that they will be awarded even more shares as a payment towards the CLN. This would be a disaster for Ebioss, as it will greatly dilute the company plus maybe even give majority control away. Now there is another company involved in dealings with Ebioss ( I forget their name but it begins with T) that need the technology owned by EQT to develop their company. I don't know what the depth of their interest is. Have they contracts signed with Ebioss? I don't know. I also know that this 3rd party deal has a time frame which makes the resolution of the CLN even more important. Whoever thought of arranging the CLN was definitely inloved with the backers of Bercheva and knew what would happen to the sp when the loan was announced AND he knew key dates. He has sacrificed his EQT involvement at board level to benefit from the financial dealings from the Bercheva short.and from the percentage control of the company. Phew - thats all for now folks.
