Just to add a little bit of fuel to the debate; Ebioss have some contract payments due to them, and these could be used to pay the loan off. However time is an issue and all matters will need to be resolved soon (before end of May) and Ebioss simply wont have the money in time. Their solution MUST be to borrow the money themselves, pay off the CLN and retain control of EQT. Otherwise there is a danger of the controlling interest being bought for sixpence by the backers of Bercheva.

I see your account of things pretty much spot on. I certainly doff my cap to you sir as I certainly couldn't do better. I disagree with only one of your assertions; and that is I can't see Ebioss walking away. Their 50%+ stake in EQT would mean an enormous loss to the capital assets of their company. I bought in to EQT and vastly increased my holding on that assertion alone. So we'll see. I hope you are wrong and Ebioss don't take the decision to accept a bloody nose, that may turn out to be a case of cracked ribs also.

...the buys and sells on this board are completely wrong. If it is .32 or above it is a buy. If it is .30 or below it is a sell. Now look at buys and sells in a different light! More to this than meets the eye.

The shares that might be exchanged for the loan are dependent on current share price; hence the sp is being driven into the ground. Last I looked it was 400million. But as the sp has been forced down even more then 400mill seems a little on the light side. But concentrat on the 128 million buy last week. Who was it by? You do know that the parent company of EQT is a Spanish Company called Ebioss. They did own 51% of EQT and even paid 5p for some of the shares on the open market. It is in their interest to get this back to 5p. However EQT will be diluted by the odd 400mill+ if the loan is repaid by shares.

...I would say that we are definitely coming to the end game. Still believe that the end game will be this week sometime.

...in the scam? How come a 128 million buy doesn't push the sp up 80% YET a few 100k sells and a 3 mill sell pushes the sp down 12%? The key for me was the out of the blue 128 mill buy. If its Bercheva then they are going for over 50% control perhaps? If its Ebioss then they are showing their intent to hold firm control of EQT. I think end game is upon us otherwise there will be no company left over which to argue!

...must be nearing the end game now. The 128million buy was done in anticipation of all issues being resolved. Bercheva have driven the so so low now that if they don't close out there will be nothing left to 'close out'. Bercheva have enough shares through the closure of the loan to almost take control of the company. Was the 128 million buys actually by Bercheva so that when taking shares they will have over 50%control? AreEbioss going to let their 50% of the company become worthless? Surely not. With the share price now in the danger zone the Mexican standoff has to finish otherwise both sides end up with nothing. Whichever ********* arranged the loan without supervision could not have foreeen just how toxic the end game would become. I know that as a shareholder who is 80% down I would certainly give the guilty party a good but kicking. So who would like to guess how long until the break finally occurs? I'm going for Friday of this week.

Dear London, what you have here is two sides at war to own or screw EQT. There was a bad loan taken out by the BOD, some say deliberately. The extreme terms of the loan caused the sp to fall. Once the loan is repaid or sorted out in another way then EQT will be blue nearly every day. May I ask your average here. If its less than 1p you will probably make 100%.

...seems like the mms are in this too! 128 MILLION BUY = no sp movement northwards. Virtually no activity all day = sp downward of 6.7%. I'm trying to ride the wave of corruption, but its like a wild horse and can't be tamed. Seems like the whole world and his dog are into the EQT scam, but we're the ones that don't know the answer. Still believe this will rebound with a rocket; but its just not a pleasure watching. ... for this gan ster movie to play out. I don't think that EQT are toxic, but I do think it's a giant Mexican standoff between Bercheva and Ebioss. The real crooked stuff was the arrangement of the CLN as someone on the inside did it knowing that it would crash the share price and force an enormous opportunity for Bercheva to make a killing and/or take the company over for peanuts. Whatever the case there will be an explosion. I hope that control of the company will be sorted and contract announcements will follow.

...interested where you got the 16k from? The RNS lists far more than a 16k deal from Monecor. Its far more than that nocash. I want to know who had the shares if Monecor sold a chunk off? Was it Ebioss or Belcheva? It actually matters in the scheme of things.

....the 16k is nothing, but thye RNS is more than interesting. As I said in my 13.44 post, I want to know why the involvement of Monecor and who brought the shares. I see this as a battle for control of EQT knowing that contracts are still in the pipeline. So Bercheva or Ebioss? Where's your money going?

...calm down. Someone wants to own EQT, whether is Bercheva or Ebioss, once the fighting is over EQT will rise again. Ebioss aren't about to write off their stake in this, nor is Bercheva.

The corruption stinks, Yesterday a 28 million buy = no share price movement upwards. Today a 500k sale (that's peanuts in the scheme of things) = a 2.8% fall in share price. Just how many people are into this scam?
