... tomorrow brings our usual blue surge. We know that meetings may have been held re funding and finance. We await the RNS that was promised from the last announcement. This could easily come after close of play tomorrow or first thing Monday morning. Because of the small free float Pi's know they won't be able to get in once this starts to move blue, so tomorrow gives those expecting news the best opportunity to buy.

The people concerned actually paid some contributors to post negative info in an effort to support their short. We have been joined by two new posters on the EQT board. They have absolutely NO information about the company. They just post, what in their eyes, they consider to be valuable posts. But actually the posts are just negative without substance. Reminds me very much of those paid for posts that helped short QPP. I have no respect for these 'junk mail' postings.

...I might well be wrong, but I've studied Black Torros statements as to their reasons for heavy investment in Ebioss. I've chosen to believe Ebioss when they have stated alternative funding will be used. Ebioss have also stated no dilution. Both Ebioss and Black Torros need EQT to succeed. It is in both companies interest for EQT to play a large part in their futures. You bought at 5p per share, so you must have thought your investment would make money! I know only too well and then some of the financial scam that would see the individuals behind Bercheva make money in a very deceitful manner. You may choose to disagree with the assertions I made in my earlier post, and that's fair enough. That's your right. But at least give me the courtesy of supporting your points of view with facts or logical argument, otherwise good sir you are just pi55ing in the wind.

continual posting by those who shall remain nameless of the word 'placing' 1. A placing would greatly devalue the share price. 2. Ebioss own above 50% of EQT and don't want the value of EQT to shrink. 3. Any idea of doing such damage would be voted no by Ebioss. 4. Ebioss stated in their RNS they want a non-dilutive fund raise. So,therefore no placing. Simple logic. Now any more 5 year olds been given a keyboard for their birthday?

I think that we will see more steady buying. The RNS stated that we are going for traditional funding made available in two tranches (Only God knows why the bod didn't do that in the first place) Ebioss seemed confident that funding was a WHEN not an IF, so if we believe that statement still to be true then when a confirmation appears through RNS, then EQT will begin a vast rerate. It will be hard (maybe impossible) to buy. So again this Friday I think a large number of pis will take their positions just in case of a red dot Monday.

...that we can't be blue everyday. I also accept that pis want to protect profit. I'm off for a nap now whilst the mms have fun with so many buys and sells. There are so many sells as buys and buys as sells that my head is spinning. I see one savvy investor sneaked a big buy of 1.2million in at 10.29 during the chaos of other Pi's trying to get out. Got to love this business eh?

.panic selling to keep things liquid. They need volume to make profit. They threaten loss of profit and then Pi's fight to protect their gains. It's the way of the world. Yes of course they are going to sell them back to you. Also at a profit. That's why MMS can afford to buy a new Porsche every year and WE can't. My advice is to keep holding. Remember there is only 35% of shares in free float.

...taking their 20% profit. Nothing wrong with that, BUT how often do you meet a recovery play on AIM that will let you have a THREE bagger in such a short time scale? Once a year, perhaps, and that's if you avoid getting screwed over in the meantime.

Can anyone buy? Yep I've done a dummy buy this morning. BUT Halifax would only let me have 100k shares without going to Trade Plan or NT.

From a spread of 22% just a few weeks ago, we now find ourselves with a spread of less than 2%. We have become one of the most fluid companies on AIM. This is a good sign for all of us here. Although I soon expect to see far less million share buys. There just aren't that many shares on the market as only 35% of the company's shares are in free float.

Morning Vigenere.Thanks for such kind comments. I've held EQT for sometime and I've done more research to the workings behind this share than I've done for any other share I've held over the last year. My drive was the fury behind the corrupt dealings earlier in 2018. That has been quite a journey. I still believe that a fight back is happening as Ebioss can't afford to let the company fall. As a result I'm more than happy to share any info on this board.

both dummy buys and sells. 3 times it went to NT on Halifax to buy. The mms were willing to take a million straight away at 0.859. There was literally insufficient time for the mms to do the business that demand could have soaked up. Not helped by LSE going down several times from 1pm onwards. We will be in the 90s by 8.30 tomorrow. To all pis, don't sell yet, as providing we get new finance deal we will see another 2 to 3 bag from here in June alone. More if you can sit on your hands.

..I'm watching live prices on advfn. The MMS are dropping the price to force Pi's to sell and protect profit. But the MMs aren't letting big quantities be bought. For those of you selling now I beg you to stop as the MMs are going to take this even higher yet today. At the moment they are just harvesting from those who do not realise what they hold. There is only 35% free-float, so when news lands it will only be not all day. Sell now at your peril, MUCH BIGGER gains to come. We haven't even left the station yet.

I'm comforted by the day on day buying; it's gradually taking up the slack of the relatively small free float, which is about 35%. I'm in a strong holding position now, knowing that when this blows it will be Negotiated Trade to get in at all. We await new finance arrangement with the BENEFIT of no dilution. As by then shares will be scarce, on an issue of contracts (2 in the pipeline) the sp will re-rate very quickly and sp moves will be exaggerated.
