Tomorrow I think we'll see a rise into close as peeps prepare for a possible funding announcement first thing Monday morning. Me, I'm going for an announcement next Thursday morning. But as ever we can take consolation in knowing that the funding RNS is close.

Jimzi - earlier you said that bedsit took advantage of a naive BOD, I think that the CLN was agreed through one man on the BOD, who tooke evryone along with him that what was on offer was a good deal. This member of the BOD was complicit in the deal and definitely had a take off from the shorting that followed. You know that no one in their right minds would agree to that CLN as its terms could be bettered by chosing a deal through WONGA.

...remember when you were a kid looking forward to Christmas? It seemed like it would never arrive? Yet each Christmas was eagerly awaited and came around and then went again. He's my thinking; 1. There is a 22million euro MOU agreed with EQT and ready to go. 2. Ebioss have 51% share in EQT, they can't let EQT fail, otherwise Ebioss fail too. 3. There has been an RNS stating how new finance will be made available in 2 tranches. 4. Ebioss have just sold a large portion of themselves to Black Torro, a Spanish investment company for 20+million euros. Is there anyone, anywhere that thinks all this will come falling down like a pack of cards? Therefore a deal MUST be struck to sort finance, otherewise all the Ebioss and Black Torro stuff will have been in vain. So, its back to my 'Waiting for Christmas' analogy. It will come. We just have to wait. Meanwhile some investors choose not to wait and take profit. I'm OK with that.

the EQT CLN debacle initially was a loan of £7.5 million right. EQT started to draw down on the loan (this was definitely a contrived and even a corrupt facility) Once EQT had started to draw down then there were commited not only to a full equity repayment, but larger than life monthly interest payment with penalties. EQT never had the money in their account to meet the repayments. This was well known even at the beginning of the CLN. But due to corruption (allegedly) EQT deliberately found themselves in a pickle and at the behest of Bercheva Opportunities, a company that literally operates out of the back of a house in Southgate London. The man mainly responsible for setting up the CLN via Bercheva, then also started a short on the share price as he knew that EQT had bitten off more than they could repay. So in your view the repayment of this dodgy CLN will cost more that 2 million, yes? That depends as the Bercheva gang did offer to take shares as a part payment at the price of 0.003p. Ebioss fought strongly against that idea and topped up themselves at 0.003p to maintain above 50% share ownership of EQT. In my view we are still looking at a cash plus shares repayment, which in my view was always likely to be the two million loan given out by Black Torro. I don't know the outcome yet and read as much as I can from the Ebbios end. I stand by my view that the extension given to Ebbios was until 28th June. I do daily research on all matters EQT as I have £40k riding on this. I applaud help from yourself, sell, Argyle and Jimz in bringing info to the surface. SellonNews, yes I concur with that, sorry I didn't put all the detail down verbatum. Just to add a little more; the delay is most likely due to the fact that the promised money from Black Torro (an investment company based in Spain) has not get arrived as 'cash' to the bank account of Ebioss. I read that on a Spanish site through Google translate.

Yes there is an actual date. I think it is Thursday 28th June. Ebioss, through EQT asked for an extension to sort out loan to EQT. This was to prevent the backer behind Bercheva taking approx 5% of EQT at 0.003p per share. The guy behind Bercheva is a Yank who has three inditements for illegal finance dealings against his name. We still have to settle this side of the equation and I don't rule out that we (EQT) will have to allocate him some free shares in order to get him to **** OFF. Ebioss bought some extra shares last week (explains part of rise to 1.43p) just in case some shares are lost in the deal. By buying extra shares, whatever the outcome of the finance deal, Ebioss will still own over 50% of EQT. Phew, I'm quite exhausted now fellow holders, I'm off for a wine and a nap. atb vcb

....as a test of the credibility of Ebioss. In the last RNS, Ebioss laid down the arrangements for refinancing in detail. Remember they said re-finance would be at 5% and in two tranches. According to Ebioss the finance deal is already there. Now we also know that a Spanish finance company called Black Torro have loaned Ebioss 22million euros on favourable terms. Ebioss have put in writing they don't want dilution. Many pis wont have noticed but Ebioss had a cheeky top up last week to ensure they held over 50% of EQT shares. So if all is to be believed then before next Friday a finance deal will be announced through an RNS. From the deal EQT will be able to finance staff and equipment to service the 20million contract that EQT received a MOU for from Vietnam. Keep up everyone! Now Ebioss can't be seen to be making this all up because Black Torro asked for confirmation of future income streams from Ebioss before they forked out the loan. Ebioss are including and counting on EQT to deliver some profits asap. Also EQT have two other contracts ready to go on finance news. Ebioss would lose all credibility with Black Torro if a large part of their forward plans (EQT) did not deliver. Therefore if Ebioss don't announce what they have said they will - the finance deal, then Ebioss will sink out of sight. Personally I can't see why an RNS hasn't already been forthcoming. Opps; wait a minute, its that pesky bunch at Bercheva that needs to be paid and sent packing. So, my informed view is next week or bust!

Sunday, your words; I wont sell a penny until financing and at least 1 other contract. And even then that's too soon. Take a look at the graph for TERN; similar to here I feel when news folows news and more!

NINE days until finance RNS. Looking at the buying pattern I think Ebioss/EQT are a bit leaky and the finance RNS has already been penned!

...moaning at paying 1.3p per share this morning. They would have been in profit after 30 minutes. How often can an investor make THAT boast?

...caveat 'Do Your Own Research'? Well I'm happy in the knowledge that I've researched Ebioss to an inch of it's life, I've read mission statements from Black Torro and looked at history of EQT. My research tells me to sit back, find wine, buy cigars and await Friday!

...saying 'I'm hesitant to but EQT at these levels' What can I say? My view is that 'investors are lucky to buy this at 1.3p per share' Give me strength. With the 22 million MOU in place; hands up for the answer to this question; Are Ebioss going to let EQT fail and lose that Asian contract? Once you have answered that question logic forces you to realise that 1.3p per share is as cheap as chips!

I have only one thing to say: 'You sell if you want to. This investor is NOT for turning.'

...forced buying? This will only occur if Ebioss have to force buy to maintain their 50%plus control of EQT. In which case maybe as part of the deal to rid us of Bercheva we've had to offer shares in addition to our cash repayment of CLN. What ever happens re funding, I want the first line to read 'Bercheva have left the buiding'

Remember Argyle that Ebioss bought a large tranche at 5pence per share. They aren't expecting a loss on that are they? So once the forces of evil and corruption are gone for good, we will be on our way. Also Ebioss are VERY keen not to have dilution to share price and are willing to find funding for new projects from sources such as Black Torro. So all is possible here if contracts come through as expected. Imagine a ten bagger from here!

just to let you know re QPP. The boss there was as corr*** as they come, but luckily the headquaters of QPP was very close to my house. My closest friend worked for QPP. Enough said eh?

to Chilston. Yes been around a long time. Made large amounts on GKP, EO., ACTA, LGO and QPP. Lost large on NPH, XEL and AFR. All of the above I've lost plus or minus six figure sums. So I've been around the block and had champagne moments mixed with good arse kickings. For good or bad I am pretty well researched on EQT, going as far as regularly reading Spanish press and info to help me understand Black Torro and Ebioss. I can only say that I have been forced to learn patience whilst trading, otherwise your shirt gets ripped from your body. I have forty grand in here at 0.007 average, so I must say I'm confident, and like others on lse I'm here for the long term. My thanks to you Chilston for positive feedback and faith. atb. vcb

...that I loved your post. My feelings exactly. For anyone rather new to EQT can I suggest that you look up TERN on lse? It's a share that just keeps on giving from very humble origins. EQT need to get rid of Bercheva's influence and the corrupt idiot on the bod who got the company involved in the CLN. Then with contracts lined up, there is no reason why this share cannot indeed be 10p at year end. Remember Ebioss bought shares at 5p and they will still be expecting a major return on that investment. So as you say Sunday 10p could be the end game for 2018.

...look an MOU is not legally binding, but as for the purpose of reasonable assurance to borrow the relatively small amount we need to clear Bercheva debt, then MOU is more than sufficient. If we are talking development funding that is likely to come via Ebioss or an Ebioss financial connection. Now I'm off for a wine and a bit of telly.
