I don't think anyone on the EQT board claims to be a genius, we're just trying to put together the goings on in a very complex situation. If you are invested here, I would suggest staying. If not invested in this high risk high reward play, then may I suggest that there are a mirad of more safe shares in which to invest!

Hi Vigenere, your post is clearly too logical for some. I see some idiots on Twitter calling EQT a pump and dump. God save me from stupid people!

The bod at EQT are like a boat with a hole in it. In order to drain the leak they simply drill another hole! The spate of buying and the little wave patterns we have make me think there must be news coming out of EQT inspiring anyone connected with the bod (even the Tescos delivery man) get slipped info re the outcome of the finance meeting. Still, if that thinking is correct, then hopefully good news is on its way. Looks for a big open in the 7s on Monday. From my point of view, its clear that Ebioss won't let EQT sink, and therefore its only a matter of time until contracts announced and sp flies back to 3p plus.

Yesterday Ebioss took 29 million more shares in EQT. Those 29 million were only JUST ENOUGH to maintain their 50.8% control of the voting rights. This is a good sign BECAUSE if they were expecting the company to face a major dilution due to the CLN being repaid in shares, then Ebioss would have taken many, many more shares than 29 million. To me this act screams out that Ebioss are clearly expecting to pay the CLN off in monetary terms. That would mean no dilution in terms of shares issued to Bercheva's backers.

...in my view letting the crook behind Bercheva have his 133million shares (?) is the worst cas scenario? Ebios have openly declared that they do not want to dilute the share price. But if Bercheva wins then we will be diluted by 133million (?) then its close to 10% ish; thats worst case as I see it. Yet Ebioss and EQT have declared they will use a new loan facility to pay off the CLN. If that happens we are clear to hear news about contracts and will be on the way up throughout 2018. I'm using my phone; does anyone have better figures that me as I can't remember the exact numbers?

...my initial response to the rNS was, Ebioss wants control, they still want it as an ongoing business. That was good. I was disappointed (see my earlier post at about 8.30) that there was no CNL repayment mentioned. Having just read your review gods, I'd say that was a pretty good summary, even if it erred on the cautious side. Be someone who is not a holder I'd say that you were definitely 'up to speed'. With Ebioss increasing holdings to maintain their majority then its so obvious they see a good future in EQT. Its hardly an RNS saying Ebioss are dumping. So until we get rid of the stench of Bercheva then this battle will seem to continue. With Ebioss now armed with an extra 20 million quid from Black Torro deal they will clearly win within the near term. I'm happy knowing Ebioss know more than us and are playing the game in OUR favour.

I won't be able to stop a little chuckle as the MMS try to panic pis into off loading their shares early doors tomorrow. I'll feel a little sad too as I've been panicked out of holdings a good few times.

The share price of Ebioss, the main share holder of EQT went up 20% today. On investigation Ebioss received about twenty million quid from company called Black Torro who bought 49% of Ebioss. Its all very complex, sometimes you have to trust. I am a big holder here and as most know I'm willing to share what I find out. I do not lie. Watch as the story starts to unfold on the London Stock Exchange. Make a judgement then. You should see some big buys tomorrow as news filters through at this end. Atb. vcb
