Well , positive for the company going forward, hopefully. I'm not so sure about the SP !! Its nice to see two blue days in a row though...I wonder if they will reduce that 5.5 % spread. If todays SP does not react - then i think we will all know its going to have to be hard revenues that will shift this SP an very little else.

Today at 23p , its up approx. 50% from last year at 15p ( with the year high of approx 45p, up 300%))
So, people can **** him off as much as they need too. But the numbers tell the story so far. And CF had done very well.

The fact the SP is 23p today, is just a gift imo . If I remain invested i will receive free shares in three new company's plus the
fruits from the increased revenues in 2020. Its not unrealistic to imagine that 45p could be the equivalent of todays 23p , with a SP high of over 60p. CF has done an excellent job so far, despite his natural tendency to over promise, exaggerate the timelines etc ....he gets there, and that is what separates OO from 95% of other AIM investment choices... they promise the world, and never deliver.

"The Group has now received orders for Chill products totalling more than US$2.0 million. This follows previous announcements issued on 17 May 2021 and 1 July 2021 of combined sales totalling US$1.34 million and US$0.72 million respectively. Margins, as previously announced, have been maintained across all product lines and the Board expects these to grow in-line with manufacturing volumes."

So 30% is a safe assumption to make at this time.

Obviously, we will have further sales but how do you calculate £2m total revenue this year will support a share price today of 80p? can you show me how you compute this.

OBSTANDO. The attack via your crew started at 2.32 pm yesterday when i answered a question that was asked by another board member. We were having a conversation, between ourselves. which is obviously not allowed on the BB., without being insulted by your crew.
Your crew try and bury such conversation beneath dozens of trivial confrontational posts - so as to more likely get a reply and bury the post you want taken down.
You attack the poster hoping they will run, and never leave the BB - The fact i stayed to defended myself, means i have to post back to you each time you attack me.

If anyone wishes to see how you work then just look at the names of the posts from this time. Each of your team took it in turn to attack me, one after the other, throughout the evening - and stayed on to give you my reply. One by one you took it in turns to get a response from me., just as you are trying to continue it now?
So don't come over all saintly...you work as a team, you bury other users poststhat you do not agree with, you blame the other investor and then as a team try and get their posts taken down or them banished from the BB.
I honestly have started to believe that within your crew , their is an affiliation between "certain", just a few daily posters in your crew and CHLL the company ! Whom are basically self appointed mouth piece for the company on here, via the telegram group or via twitter feeds, social media and judge and jury on what is talked about on the IBB, same as Telehole. ....you guys are everywhere! , organised and predictable in how you react, and who reacts. .....

The spread has gone up! they moved the SP up. Once they are finished , the spread and sp will reverse. Just look at the last six month chart, its not a de ramp, its clear to see. Its been happening every week or ten days for past six months and will continue until something makes the trend change.

Celebrate when it been a good day, but don't bother when the spread goes up 2.80% and the SP up 2.36%, in fact the spread was approx. 3.40 % earlier before close. Its a flat day, as has the past week on average,but they are managing to trigger some buys!

Owen. I was asked a question by someone on this BB and I answered it. Whats the problem? If you do not agree with the answer then give me your opinion. You will find out that often there is more than just one opinion on something - and its their, at that difference of opinion that sometimes lies some truth.

That's a very good question Taken4 and one that i can't really answer very well until we know what revenues have been / are indeed hitting the accounts during this blackout period and subsequent costs. One thing is for sure they wont be discussing it with the Telemole investors lol. They will be the last to know.

We know for a fact that the company are not doing as well as they forecast at beginning of year, for lots of reasons but in their own words covid /problems with distribution and the main symptom of this is they really dropped the number of shops being stocked with chill products = drop in income, surely. On top of this they took original financing from LPA capital for £35 million in March 21.... ( they thought at that time that £35 million was the right size for them.) Then in May 21, broke the agreement, and got out at a cost to them of £1.2 m termination fee. At the same time managed a subscription for just £6 million which £1.2 million was instantly spent on the termination charge. Leaving them £4.8 million in
May 21.
So, with such a low amount of money raised ( £6M , down to £4.8m in May ) against their earlier money grab of £35m , plus the very real, confirmed by the company slow down in revenue activity, then surely the forecasts they set themselves earlier in year must be under a very real strain - and they will need a boost. Since then they have bought and designed a new name, and website, they did say they were going to strengthen the Board , but that did not happen, maybe due to costs, i don't know. I would give it a guess of a 60% -70% likelihood of having to ask for more money.
They could just pull something out the hat revenue wise to avoid this placing and the only thing that i can think of is if they have managed to over deliver on sales in a couple of weeks .........meaning that each of the reduced number of outlets have improved their sales dramatically somehow. i don't think online will make such a difference.

yes, but I am not part of a crew like you ( see how you guys, same old names patrol this BB and the Telgram) and use it to ramp a failing share ....Why would you do that, just buy and hold but why continue to ramp a failing and still falling share......what would be your motivation to do that, look at the chart, its a fact but you continue to ramp this share . WHY?.

The telepole hole Its very much like a dysfunctional prostrate support group, one where they all know they have advanced enlarged prostrates, they know how dire the situation they are in, and know its going to get worse - but prefer to believe each others carp that it will get better all by itself. If anyone dares raise a challenging question they are bullied, and if they do not leave under their own steam, they are expelled. Its a good place if you only want to hear how well CHILL are performing at the moment. its not a place to face any sort of reality imo
