There can only be a couple of reasons that the directors of CHILL refuse to give out information on anything remotely related to the business and its revenues. they must be fully aware of the situation and are either well aware the figures will disappoint, or they are happy to allow this SP collapse continue for a few more weeks knowing that hey have re assuring figures to announce their achievements to the market. Neither will be good for the SP . Demands the question of WHY would they delay this any longer ? What do they hope to achieve.

The only reason i can think of is that they are playing for time in the hope that their is a order between now, and early October when the Quarterly revenues are set to be announced - which will soften the blow.
Th cost will be the Share price.

That's my understanding. They have options!! They are tied in for 12 months from grant date and then can take 25% each quarter thereafter if they choose or can stick it out for up to five years max and take warrants at 60p plus. They have choices.

DRB83 . These quotes are very good, they are idealistic, and long term and set CHILL aside possibly from future competition. All long term positives, i agree.

But in a bullet point form fashion what is it you are saying?

example. are you saying that CHILL product will become white label for major cigarette company's solution to CBD smokes? or is it something else?

Ok. I understand what you are saying. Therefore, if they are playing the slow but long-term strategic game ( which sound very sensible) then it would appear that they are taking this opportunity to allow the SP to reflect this fact that this extra, extra diligence will take priority too, and override a fast revenue grab, to secure a long term future.
Therefore, allowing the SP to drop to a price where it is more closely aligned with near term revenue would make longer term sense.

This would make sense, not that it helps any of the investors who listened to John Story say that the SP at 80p, is more of a bargain than when he bought the share at whatever it was 10p!

IMO If the reason you are hanging in here is based on Trust in the BODs , then i would be careful , depending on what they pull out of their hat. If they pull some amazing revenues this past quarter - the question that you should ask is why wait until now to give this information to the market, with the SP on its knees. Why did they not share it earlier in the 40s. If they do not provide good revenue performance this past 3 months then you will know the reason straight away - they had nothing to positive to give. It has to be one of these two outcomes IMO.

DRB83. That's the bit i do not understand. This strict idea about reporting revenue quarterly is self imposed, and can be broken. They could have released some positive revenue news anytime this past 2-3 months which would have supported confidence, even increased confidence if good. The company have specifically chosen not to release anything positive!
They seem quite happy to watch the SP free fall, knowing that many investors bought in in the high 80s. etc

Ragged. Yes, I joined in April and missed the ride all the way down to todays 22p Ha Ha . TIP. The ones that go down relentlessly y are the rides you avoid. If the SP goes the other way they are the ones you ride - but nothing goes up for ever!
I'm still not convinced this particular ride is over yet.

Anything disappointing next stop 15p IMO . Anything thrilling, next stop mid 30s, before pull back. Cheap as chips whichever way you look .

Most of the mob here were lucky first time after inheriting this share, and just went along as tourists, ....but of course they started to enjoy singing the same songs to each other, and the happy clappy atmosphere on the carousel too much, and it never occurred to them that you can always get off the carousel for a while to take stock or profit and jump back on when its safe again. Now they are getting excited again because the carousal may be starting up again.....They are only in it for the ride.

Thanks BB. I'm at work - so unable to read the accounts. It's becoming a bigger gamble now on how low this could go - but theirs no reason for it to change - unless the company release something that entirely changes the sentiment. IMO

Any sign of the approx $2 m from orders prior to Jul 21 ? and does it state what cost the CHILL domain, ? and maintenance.

Well IMO it has held the 25p support well today, if it can just hang on until the good news arrives then maybe we will keep this price as support. If it fails then 19-21 p next stop with the year low now gone up to 22p.
