Same goes for any profession its not necessarily the nicest teacher, doctor, policeman, lawyer is the best bet to have in your corner if your in trouble.

Your reasons for holding back this information, is probably a good reason. The very recent ( news was held back from a few weeks ago) service agreement with Rhino Marketing as well as Tim Ransom - which includes support for product development, marketing services and strategic communication has only just been announced.

I seem to remember from the RNS they joined in August 21, but the company only felt it necessary to announce their arrival as a build up to the AGM. There will be a reason for this, and no doubt that may become clear in a few days. :)

Kipper. I would be more concerned about the company's shenanigans , if i were you.

Why would they elect to do this? Its going to leave a bad smell at the AGM leaving even more questions. This will leave uncertainty and could effect the SP IMO . This was my point way back. Why does the company continue to ignore the SP?

What we need now form CHILL BRANDS is confidence, certainty, and strong forward looking objectives.

I am not sure if this will work on the chart i posted below . I have added another blue line connecting all the share price lows since Friday 30th April and extended it to the share price line. It arrives at a share price of 21p on Monday 4th October !
I hope you can see this form the chart. If not just draw a line through all the share price lows since Feb 21 and continue until you hit the share price on right side. This chart has been good to me so far, so lets see.

Whats quite crazy is that the 21.5p support goes right back to 23rd September 2020. Almost a year ago exactly today. In-between then and now just fresh air as its taken the share price exactly one year to rise to approx. over £1 and back down again to 25p, with next support at 21.5p possibly in a few days. Would be amazing if it completes this cycle.

Todays share price is 26p. You will see from the graph we have resistance at 32p and again 45p ( in red). Therefore, if news is excellent, I would expect 32p to go, and 45p to be tested. Interestingly for those who were listening at the time, and not laughing and bullying - the resistance at 45p is the base of the gap !

If the share price decides to head south then 21.5p is the first support, followed by 15.5p next (in green) .

IMO, over the following months I would only buy into CHILL if the Share price cuts through the ( purple) SMA (20) and the SP remains north of the SMA (20), and stay invested BUT, if the SP falters and drops back to south of the SMA (20), i would sell and wait for a repeat. You will get a few where you end up buying then selling quickly, whcih could save you money - BUT you could also end up on the good side of the sma on a recovery, lasting months - depending totally on what we get in the way of news over the next few months. GL ALL next week and beyond.

The Universe was mentioned by one of the team at a Proactive interview in the early days ! seriously. .......Since then they have looked into the postage and discovered how much is costs, so for the time being they are sticking with Florida.

If they can give us $3 million revenue for the past quarter with just a few hundred news stores added then ill say that is a decent result, during these challenging times. If they produce revenues of say less than $2 million in past quarter ( with 2,500 stores selling daily) via existing stores plus a few hundred new stores then i think that's a worry.

As long as they can get thiis quarters revenue up from last quarters existing outlets (2500), then I think they are on safe ground. I don't think the actual size of the number of new outlets this,quarters will do it alone. Imo its all about beating revenues from last quarter and again next ...and if they did this with no extra outlets opened this quarter ( I know will not happen) then that would show revenue can grow quarterly, business model does work and its a matter of rolling it out....as the actual rollout should be the simple bit, and will get done eventually. Sorry for typos but on break.

Kipper. I do not bait people when the SP is plummeting. I am sensitive to the fact that people have their money tied up in this share, some as high a £1 ! So I make a point of not baiting anyone when its falling....Anyway, I do not have that amount of time to be on here every time the share prices plummets :) ! Why all this negative talk, Kipper. Celebrate. Today is a good news day, a blue day, a rare day!

Davey, looks like CHILL are following Dholakia Tobacco Pvt., as Dholakia partnered a round a year ago. Another competitor to put on the watch list ....interesting to see how their sales unfold. The future looks very promising though as mentioned in this article.
