They say there are more reasons to sell a share than to buy a share ....and a lot of making money in shares imo is about when you sell, and timing.
To be able to sell any share so to retain capital is painful - but very effective. To be able to sell to release a profit is the whole point of the exercise. If that profit is over a £ 1m and tax protected and I managed to sit and watch it fade away, without taking any action. I wouldn't bother trying investing again. Whats the point.

It would be really good ( as you are independent investor) if you could give your working / and on thoughts on what you think the company share price should look like today. I posted my rough calculation yesterday.

I also used £2m per quarter = £8 m but with only 25% gross profit. Cheers Vas

What happened to the heavily promoted opportunity this past nine months? Why here, Why now?
As you have described looking forward to the end of this year the only revenue enhancing activity that Chill can rely on will be...

The number of new outlets being supplied by end of September 21, and again in January 22.
The sales revenue from these outlets.
online sales.
Everything else is either delayed, or an unknown and none will be revenue enhancing immediately.
So, realistically what are the chances of a bumper quarter RNS this October?

Smoking Friends have 800 outlets in the USA - for how much longer can Chill keep repeating that they are rolling out to the entire SF network. That should equate to six weeks of distribution work under the original distribution plan, nine months ago.

I think that there is a massive amount of time to pass before each potential revenue enhancing update and any other news will be discounted unless it brings cash into the coffers here, and now.
Its just a difference of opinion , that all.

If we were to rely only on the information the company present via their RNS announcements then it looks poor outlook for October update. Lets see if according to The Kipper , if Trevor managed to get the Telegram group to buy more shares this morning. Test of faith! LOL Should find out pretty soon . GL Vas

So you think Trevor probably gave his last ditched "hold, and wait" command to his loyal followers on Telegram pole last night and this will do the trick. You have followed him all the way down here and now your hoping to follow him all the way back up to the top, and when you get to the , stop it.

If what he has to say is so relevant to his share holders then why did he not put this information in the RNS and treat ALL his shareholders with the same respect. I think the Telegram Pole group was "the easy crowd " to and most gullible crowd to please...all nodding heads and heavy panting.
You do realise their is also the chance you have been set up a dummy, by some old bloke ringing from a telephone box to some drunk plant , .....just for the hell of it, It will probably come out in an article and embarrass the sp even more.

I think you are correct. I had Chill down to present another quarterly report in September, but yes it will be October 21.
That's another 7- 8 weeks of waiting ! They should have made a few more sales by then though surely, otherwise they are in even bigger trouble.

Old fashion logic and a certain degree of open mindfulness dictates that after such a bad year so far for CHILL ( on missed / delayed self set targets such as delayed distribution partnerships in central Europe and in the UK, government red tape etc etc ) and they missing their own rollout target of 5,000 outlets by July 21 ( the market does not care who's fault it was).

Then how , following events these past six months can they possibly present their investors with a " BLOW THE DOORS OFF" quarterly report in a few weeks time showing decent revenue growth quarter on quarter since our last update on 1st July.

IMO to expect this, is dreamland and its not going to happen and what will probably happen will be the market will be disappointed by the next update and this will cause another share price drop into the teens.

Between then and now I would assume the company will do ALL they can to support the share price.....But what can they realistically do?

WeatherGeek. I think CHILL started this financial year brilliantly with future looking targets that were mesmerising.

Eastern / central Europe x two massive distributors in place - news to follow.
UK- Shops / store distributor to be announced for nationwide distribution - news to follow
Online sale - beating all records
Further developments expected - have to wait to find out!

The reality is that business has slowed down due to COVID ( still here) , hold ups / delays in Europe and UK distribution due to government red tape / policy changes,. Only 2,500 ( half) the expected outlets being delivered product by July 21. The online sale is presently a unknown. There is no up date on revenues since July 1st.

The reason the SP has fallen is that it was so overpriced six months ago... and here we are with a 80% drop in share price in six months and people still think it is over priced, on what is known at present. There is an expanding divide between the 2021 company's future targets it set itself and the reality....

I do not blame the company for all these failures because obviously events have unfolded to slow down the business but I do blame them for not communication better these challenges with their share holders.

ToblerRone. All I can say is that with all your months of relentless ramping of this share, you have failed miserably
And probably lost your followers a great deal of money. It takes a special kind of person to just repeat themselves every day, the same old carp as the share price continuously drops from £1.08 down to close to 28p ( soon, after the little rise) - a drop of 80p in six months. And here you are still repeating the same old Cr&P and defending the company at all costs.

TR. Do you have any idea WHY they chose to handle this situation like this and decimate the SP.
They knew the RNS was bad news - they wrote it.
They knew if they release RNS after hours it would look even worse (on them).
They have apparently a brilliant good news story all lined up in way of a new quarterly RNS - which they have chosen not to release as a sweetener - which in my mind places a question mark about how good it will be. Lets face it, its going to have to be brilliant otherwise this share price will get hammered, back into the teens - and very quickly.

I think of everything you contribute to this BB and the other lovers club you run, its when you make jokes about other peoples dead relatives that give everyone here such a clear insight into what sort of person you are.

There will be a bounce at some stage, the SP will increase so that they can get rid of as many of the shares that were sold this morning! but at a higher price. My guess is it will be a temporary blip up, followed by a continuing downward trend until the day / evening we get this highly anticipated game changing RNS !
Its now ALL on the next Quarterly RNS.
If there's any disappointment I think we know the direction of travel.

Why did the company make the decision to release a highly anticipated RNS after hours, on the quite. What was the point in doing that? It would have made much more sense if they had done that, then to have also released the quarterly sales results for past quester this morning, before the market opened.

If the results had been as good as many expect here then that would have at least negated todays drop, and possibly increased the SP. I might have even bought a few more on the way up.

We now know that the company decided to take the hit on last nights RNS with a 20% share price drop and no sweetener.

Why do you think the company did not release the sweetener RNS ? Could it be possible that the next set of quarterly revenues are not that good ! Otherwise what are they waiting for? The last announcement relating to revenue was on July 1st - two months from today.

18% down on IG. How can anyone think that CHILL investors are happy .

If you cant read a BB without being persuaded to buy or sell then you should not be allowed to anywhere near such places.
