Most on here have played the calculator game, and realised the bigger the numbers you put in - the bigger the numbers came out...the trouble was CHILL didn't play along with the same game, and used really small numbers ................from memory didn't BB2 work out from last quarter revenue RNS it is something like $1.5 per outlet per day, being sold or stolen ! Which was very close to his telephone research .

Obviously today is a red letter day for many long suffering investors - so well done to them for holding on, keeping their belief all these months and benefitting from a small bounce when it hit the ground....the question is now in relation to probable news due and todays closing price .....which will be visited first ..... will it be 10p or 25p. Test the markets faith in todays RNS! GL ALL>

Your question was excellent and that's why its been ignored on the BB. Your question was

The answer to your question is its the same deal / same company they RNSd back in June 2020. its an old deal, brought back to life.
From RNS back in June 20 entitled " New Distribution Agreement and Trading UPDATE" and states " Zoetic's tobacco alternative brand, is pleased to announce that it has signed a distribution agreement with a new partner BettermentRS to market Chill products to their network of outlets"....and also " The Chill brand's total reach with fully executed distribution agreements now totals over 6,000 retail outlets." !! No revenue from these have ever appeared - so maybe todays RNS is the start.

Today they announce under their new brand name CHILL "Is pleased to provide the following update on its effort to expand the provision of its lifestyle CBD product lines through the Company's ESTABLISHED distribution partnerships in the convenience store channel."
So its the same deal, brought back to life and acted upon .
Back in 2020 , they went the way of AATAC and Betterment RS were side lined. The big question is why have they now turned back to BettermentRS, when distribution company's such as AATAC and Betterment face logistical challenges.

It seems there may be more serious problems with AATAC than just lack of drivers for distribution as Betterment RS would have face the same challenges.

Think back to the last AATAC order in July 2021....doesn't anyone find it hard to believe that AATAC have not been able to distribute a few boxes of CHILLs to even a few dozen NEW outlets in nearly five months !!

CHILL are not making it easy for investors to understand, and compare and evaluate so called progress with smoke and mirrors type behaviour rife. IMO.

Can't see this maintaining a share price rise, it never did in the past and there will be a dump from existing holders and then back to 11p over next week or so IMO.
Keep in mind that todays new 350 outlets, is in place of the 500 outlets per month that Chill promised earlier in the year.

I'm talking about the Timeline. The three warnings given in the last RNS about delays should make you sit up plus nowhere are Timelines re confirmed. Dangerous to make assumptions, where there is no information.
Why didn't Chill just say in the RNS" that all targets, distribution agreements and TIMELINES remain in place? No, they didn't , timelines have been left out of RNS - stands out like a sore thumb. However, they managed to find space to mention widespread logistical delays, three times!!
It was only later BB2 managed to get a reply from Buchanan, basically saying - refer to RNS in Feb.
This was an email between an investor and Buchanan and BB kindly shared it on this BB, BUT don't fool yourself that it was intended for the whole market, it was never RNSd and so not been confirmed to market - if they were confident they would have announce, and reconfirmed the timeline in the recent RNS. Something along the lines of

"CHILL confirms that all targets, distribution agreements and the timeline of May 22 remain in place. CHILL and its distributors are committed in what is the first phase, with 10,000 outlets in the US selling CHILL products by May 22".

That alone would move the SP up IMO, but they didn't say it, and SP has fallen from 13p on 3rd November when the RNS was released to 11.5p today.

We all know eventually after god knows how long CHILL will get their first 10,000 outlets sorted in US but between then and now what will happen to the SP...the timeline is a important part of the overall deal, jut as important as the confirmation of 10,000 outlets.

CM. Try and find your summary of what the BOD stated in the recent RNS . You quoted " But the company have still made a statement saying they intend to meet the earlier commitments of 10,000 within 12-15 months from Feb 2021."
The RNS does not say this, you obviously would rather want to hear this but what they actually say no less than THREE TIMES is below.... see if you can spot the difference.

"All previously announced targets and distribution agreements remain in place despite international logistics issues influencing speed of rollout"....
" the pace of the programme has been influenced by the widespread international logistical delays. The Board of Directors (the "Board") are proactively seeking to mitigate the effects of these delays, and all previously announced targets, distribution agreements, and partnerships remain in place."
"While it is regrettable that logistics issues have impacted on the pace of the rollout in the short-term, we are confident that previously announced targets are realistic and achievable."

They were very careful to what they actually wrote in this crucial RNS, just enough to get investors like you excited and back on side, yet not so far that they have promised anything ..other than THREE TIMES spelling out ...."international logistics issues influencing speed of rollout"....The pace of the programme has been influenced by the widespread international logistical delays.

Now, in May next year it will be those THREE sentences they will rely on to get themselves out of deep sh&% when they announce once again that delays were due to blah blah blah.
You need to learn to read RNSs. Often its what they chose to leave out that is more important than what they have chosen to include. They missed out any previous reference to numbers of outlets targeted and chose to mention delays in rollout three times.... its written in a form of foreshadowing!

Read this on the two principles of Chekhov's Gun Theory - its aimed at writing drama- they have used it within the last RNS. WHY, repeat three times the US rollout delays.........unless they will need to evidence these warnings sometime in future tin their defence.

So what do you think the SP is based on then? Its obvious investors do not believe the company when they say 10,000 outlets by Jun 22 as SP just continues its decline on no volume. So what is todays SP based on if not a repeat of first half earnings at a minimum.

If its based just on first half revenues then the SP would be heading towards 6 p.

Anyone else wondering if Chill is presently being valued on a forward looking ( twice its previous six months revenues of $2.5 m x 2) = $5m PA. Deduct margins of 50% = $2.5 gross profit PA / 212 m shares = 11/ 12p?

Ill be honest, i have no idea whether this SP will remain around this price for a while before starting to build on news etc or continue to fall on boredom, no news....the reason is that I believe that the SP will only react in a confident manner once we are informed of some improvements in potential revenue / outlets /new product on shelves etc etc ....the trouble is no one knows when this will be ........ I hope they manage along with their new advisors to repair the PR machine and get it working again - Chill investors have been badly ignored these last few months.

If they can demonstrate that they can reach 10,000 stores by June 22...then that maybe all they need to do to get the SP back in a forward looking mood. They need a good news RNS ......

Well we are now halfway through Q4 21, we have had the appointment of several advisors, a trading update ,final results but what we have not had is the launch of the new gummies for sale in the US!!
I assume the first move will be to fill the stores that are already selling CHILL products ( 2,500 - last count) and this should be an easy fruit to reach, without a launch - so maybe next news is that the new gummies, or most of them are in 2,500 stores in US and selling already !

I do hope that this is at least some of the case, and we do not get another RNS stating the launch again, and an invitation to a windy corner st cafe for a launch party. I would think they should have had time to start placing their new product in as many of their existing stores as possible.

However, the standard picture evidence of product on shelf does not seem to have arrived at Telegram hole or here?
Which makes me think they are still getting their moneys worth and discussing with advisors !

Most probably,. I still do not believe they have included the timeline which I think they know will slip. If they had released an email stating everything is on track, and stated that they were confidant to have their 10,000 outlet by May / June 22. If they were confident they would have definitely added it into the RNS...its a critical piece of info.

Meanwhile, have to trust them. Time will tell and I hope I'm proved wrong.
