RE: Big Buys11 Apr 2019 14:03
I've had a look at this and like the business model, the people involved, the "skin in the game" by directors and the market potential.
But as someone said it seems to have been over hyped recently imo. However from a Co. perspective this is great as they may be able to raise funds at a much higher price than just a few weeks ago, protecting early investors from dilution.
But surely dilution will come and I suspect this run up in the price will encourage them to take advantage of that. I would if I were them.
Given the quality of the people involved,(high salaries/fees?) the expensive investment in technical developments to maintain competitive advantage (stated strategic priority) the cash balance last reported (£2.1m in the last 2018 Accounts) that just isn't going to be adequate, especially given by their admission they will be loss making right through to next year.
So I suspect those who are patient will still get an opportunity to buy in at a much better price.
Please tell me if you think I have this wrong. Perhaps big contract deals are imminent and will push the S.P. to new levels again.
In summary, perhaps all current and aspiring investors should attend the AGM on 29th April to get a better understanding of cash management.
