This week, I had the pleasure of meeting with the Honourable Minister of Lands and Natural Resources to provide an update on our progress at Ewoyaa. I'm pleased to have his full support in finalising ratification, ensuring this important project moves forward for the benefit of Ghana and our host community in the Central Region. We look forward to parliamentary ratification of the lease.

No mention of Dual ASX listing

No mention of Fund raise.

I agree the Market wants to know how it will be funded, how much will be needed and when this will take place. Without this there is probably too much uncertainty for the shares to shoot forward even at these gold & silver prices.

But the news flow over the next 12 months should change all that.

2. DFS study manager close to being appointed

3. E.I.A. within 6 months

4. D.F.S. targeted for early 2026

5. "timely" funding - whatever that means!

6. Dokwe in production within 3-4 years - wasn't it 3-4 years in early 2024? So could say there has already been slippage!!

But if things play out over the next 6/12 months and gold holds strong, there must be a good chance of Ariana getting noticed and the share price starting to re-rate. Fingers crossed.

They have visited Dokwe and published a new Note which is available to read on the AAU website.

AAU: Dokwe next steps

An MRE update is expected in the next few weeks, followed by another revision of the PFS (at US$2500/oz, inc. Dokwe Central), and a study- manager for the DFS is close to being appointed, with completion by early- 2026. Soil surveys across the licence area are underway, and a 10,000m drill programme is being planned for mid-2025, comprising infill, geotech and some step-out. Dokwe South is a key target for near mine exploration, as is the ‘gap zone’ between the North and Central pits. Ariana believes Dokwe has multi- million-ounce potential, with camp-scale potential in the wider area, and other regional targets based on the same geological vectoring, that highlighted Dokwe in the first place are also being assessed (i.e. extensions of known geological structures in greenstone terrains beneath transported cover).

I'm was desperate for a bit of good news as I'm beginning to wonder why no one else can see the value here. I'm beginning to think I have missed something. I did type in questions during the presentation, but all of those were ignored. I am thinking most holders (many long tremors like me) are classified as "stale bulls" and some are understandably slowly reducing their holding, knowing it is potentially months before we get any value creating newsroom the Co. But is the real reason for the very weak, hopefully unrepresentative share price, the fact that one of Institutional Investors has been a longterm seller? Will this go on much longer? Are we aware of the situation here?

So far, even with this new more business focussed Board, the Co. seems unable to attract new Investors or stem the tide of stale bulls throwing in the towel. Personally I am prepared (not happy) to slog it out for another 12 months, in the expectation that suddenly data creates massive interest and we are off to the races. Or I guess a move by a player out of the bull. It seems a stock that could be classified as all or nothing.

Well done for your analysis but are you a long term shareholder who can recall when Tavsan was originally due to start production? Bit like the flying pigs at Salinbas in 2025. Now shareholders talk about a few months slippage here and there when in fact it is years! Having a Geologist at the helm seems to be a recipe for weak and inaccurate communications. There is always a lack of numbers, projections and timescales which are totally airy fairy. Despite this many of us long termers can see through the fog and still remarkable perhaps, believe there is multi bagger potential, but for those looking in, it must be nye near impossible, hence our derisory share price performance. I had hoped the experienced old stagers (Rockover) - Nicholas Graham, Andrew du Toit, Dr. Matthew Martin Randall, or even Mentor Demi, might be able to help in this regard, but I suspect Kerim allows no one to step on what he sees as his patch.

RuckRover: Thanks for the latest Trinity Report. Valuation still at 33p but upside is all to play for.

I've been invested a good few years having fallen for Prof Lindy Durrant and her vision/approach to curing cancer.

I expect the field to change dramatically as we get further into the results. At that point the rises won't be incremental and who knows what Scancell could be worth. But I see some progress along the way and I would be happy with say £1 initially. I might then sell 50% and leave the rest to run for the golden egg outcome. I'd be only guessing at what that could be but note some of the optimistic projections which could of course materialise given the size of the opportunity.

Looking forward to hearing feedback from next Fridays AGM. A pre AGM RNS perhaps?
