I know how you feel Bimini as I remember the RFQ video from CERN all those years ago that looked so promising. If this is a repeat of last time then they've got me again & I must be a sucker for punishment. However, I just think that with the continued significant investment and development over all these years that real visible progress has been made and what has been claimed & shown in recent presentations is an accurate picture of where they are. That being the case and having invested all those years ago it seems as good a place as any for my money as I just wouldn't have the same knowledge and history in any new investment. Also having been here for many years I have built a large stake that I now hold at a vital stage in the company's progress and it's unlikely that I would invest as much in one go in any company without having the close understanding that comes with owning shares in a company like AVO for many years. I'm hoping the long term investing strategy in a company that eventually achieves success will pay off.

Thought I'd join you Jay although have far too many at a loss but average a bit lower now. That video presentation looked to me the machine will be fully completed and working at 230MeV soon.

The webinar is about IoT energy harvesting battery free technology it's a massive market and CPX Prizmatic supercaps are the worlds leading energy storage device in this market. Don't forget the 50m per annum pipeline, when these orders start to land the SP will be much higher. It's taken years to get to this point but the next 12 months are expected to be transformational.

JH 35/40p seems about right but will probably require the auto & mobile orders and the continued take up of IoT from the likes of epeas/epishine to start to filter through. All these things are happening so it's just a matter of time but that's the sort of SP I'm hanging around for although it may take another 12 months or so.

Assuming the 020322 at the bottom of each sheet is the date to produce product data sheets confirming the licence then disputing the arrangement doesn't look good. I can only see this being resolved as stated by CPX.
It does appear Maxwell are claiming their products do not infringe the IP and at the moment with no sign of any compromise this looks like it is heading for the courts where a jury will decide the outcome.....let's hope they're all CPX shareholders!

Here is the Daresbury link that mentions relocating the machine to Harley St. Interestingly it also mentions Thales which I hadn't realised so maybe they are still in the picture regarding manufacturing capacity. There are going to be many exciting developments to finally look forward to.

It was the video footage that I was referring to regarding the relocation to Harley Street. This was actually stated by AVO in the Daresbury RNS but many of their previous plans have changed so it wouldn't surprise me to see the Daresbury machine stay put. The more I think about it looking at the complexity of what they will soon achieve you can see why it's taken many more years and many more millions of pounds to get to this point. I also think all their resources are tied up in development and whilst it is a tremendous achievement the next phase to roll these out globally will need a significant partner with far greater resources. If this isn't achieved through licensing I wouldn't be surprised to see a major bid to acquire AVO. I don't see any other way of achieving 8 or more installations per annum which is a number they have previously highlighted.
We have finally got some really exciting news and developments to look forwards to and however it progresses following successfully achieving 230MeV should be very rewarding for us long term shareholders.

This really will be a major achievement when successfully operating at 230MeV which looks like it won't be long now. However it doesn't look like a system you would dismantle & relocate to Harley St in a hurry. It will be interesting to see how the manufacturing assembly function for new orders is actually facilitated as it just doesn't look scalable to use the Daresbury set up each time. Anyway one step at a time & getting to 230MeV and achieving the required approvals must value the business significantly higher than where it is at present.

I think they should issue every lth one 25p warrant for each share that they have held for more than 5yrs. I don't mind the issue of new shares for a fund raise but these warrants are almost like BOGOF buy one get one free!

If the share price is still 25p in July we'll see how committed those who hold the 16m warrants are and whether in total they provide the £4m of funds required to exercise them if no immediate profit is on the table.

It will be interesting to see what the SP is in July when 16m 25p warrants are due to expire. Potentially worth £4m to AVO but won't be exercised if price remains this low so pressure is on to deliver good news

I hope they come to an agreement I only used the word unexpected based on the company's statement regarding making preparations for a court trial due to unsuccessful attemps at mediation. Not sure how else you can interpret that and I don't have knowledge of other similar cases but anything is possible and it wouldn't surprise me if an agreement was reached but I've set my expectation for October so anything sooner will be a bonus.

The below is from the more recent interims so unless an unexpected agreement has been reached a jury trial in October it is.

CAP-XX continues to vigorously pursue its patent infringement action against Maxwell Technologies, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Tesla Inc. and other companies. The same Delaware court which ruled in favour of CAP-XX against Ioxus is also hearing the case against Maxwell Technologies and has issued a timetable for resolution of this matter. Efforts at mediation have so far been unsuccessful and the Company is preparing for a trial date starting in October 2022.

Yes I agree it will be very undervalued when proven technology. I see this being taken over or licensed at that point either by an existing partner or a much larger external organisation with the required manufacturing capability to meet demand. Whilst AVO will have done a fantastic job in creating this product it is quite clear they will not be the right people for the next phase of rapid growth going from a research & development company to potentially a significant manufacturer and supplier of medical equipment and treatment provision. You've only got to look at how the early manufacturing plans with Thales disappeared and apparently STFC Daresbury will be providing this capability! Although the function seems to have migrated to more of an assembly and testing provision I still don't see a research laboratory scaling up to the required size but we'll see as all previous plans are forever changing and evolving with so much time having passed by.

There are a few things that we don't know. The court held a Markman Hearing a while ago which we never heard the outcome of. The ADR process now looks like it will no longer continue at least with Judge Fallon anyway. So if ADR is no longer continuing and no agreement is reached it will go to Jury trial in October. I don't see a Jury deciding against the opinion of a Judge in the Markman Hearing.

There's so much going on with cpx at the moment that at some point we may get the unexpected burst in the SP. Anything near simply wall streets 43p fair valuation will be some result.

I'd overlooked the fact the pipeline is per annum and assumed it was for one off contracts. They must be talking to some huge customers if ever one of these deals is secured 15p will be a distant memory. I still think the order book will ramp up gradually resulting in the expected profit and as it does the expectation of a super sized deal and possible court case win against Maxwell may push the SP much higher. Maybe this will be the year!

Having just read the recent update more carefully it does actually infer Q3 in the paragraph below which seems fair enough. September at the latest earlier will be a bonus and a surprise!

Unfortunately I too have held all through that period. Trying to remain positive and optimistic however the summer timescale is a real concern and doesn't bode well at this late stage. Are they hoping for Q2 but might be Q3 so rather than disappoint with a Q3 statement use summer who knows. The othe issue is that whilst we hear these placings are done at a premium to current SP they always come with sack fulls of warrants. I wouldn't mind being offered some every time I took part in a placing. Let's hope they finally get it sorted and all LTH's patience is deservedly rewarded at long last.
