Savage mark downs, dumps coming?? Seen this many times before. Pi's load up then the calamity happens. Market is littered with apparently "blue sky" companies who sell a dream and end up sub 1p after 6/9 months. Current climate means that small caps that disappoint get trashed.

I wonder if the hedgies/ quants have spoken to management to the same degree? There are definitely some disparate viewpoints here.

Looking like shorters/ hedgies have failed to push below 65 and have totally lost momentum.

Will have to admit failure soon and then they will be compelled to buy back in haste.

I for one will relish the almighty squeeze that will ensure lol.

Shorts are incredibly arrogant and atavistic creatures ( who despite their laughable professing of integrity etc etc ) have the ultimate aim of bringing down and destroying a company.

Only good news here, yet I notice the shorts again reported an increase now 5.47%. Not sure what their game is but they will soon be toast. They seem to be wedded to their conviction even in the face of facts and logic. They seem incapable of adapting to the facts and unable to modify their assumptions. They are hellbent on their path and unable to change!

I sold my entire ( massive) holding from the summer placing a few months back at the 1.6/1.7 level. Mainly through frustration that nothing was really happening. Glad I did. Now considering re- entering . Watching ATM.

Shorters/ hedgies/ quants gonna get very badly burned here soon. They are desperately trying to hold this down as they are so massively exposed. 5.2%plus shorted!!

All progressing as planned with cash flow positive from 2025 as planned. Extra cost savings identified (AI) and NI increase from April to be absorbed. Very creditable performance and all on track. Well done A!

Well I'm fully loaded and looking forward to next week. I reckon the quant nerd shorts will soon realise the error of their ways and will be forced to close soon as the pips start to squeak lol.Think they need to move on soon. Nothing to see here!

I think the shorts are getting desperate as they know the tide is/ has turned against them. They are still doubling down and adding as they know when this does move it will move rapidly. This is evidenced the fact that the share price is resisting and rising - despite them adding to shorts. All it will take is for one of them to break ranks and start closing and panic will set in. Not sure why they believe there is still mileage in the short trade since the SP has been trashed to under 25%%of the value that potential suitors were pitching takeover offers at. Are they blindly wedded to the short trade and can't see any other point of view rather like bullls get when they fall in love with a share? What is the thinking behind their strategy? Are they so wrapped up in their abstract quant nirvana populated by ivy league mathematics geniuses that they can't see the wood for the trees? Where are they borrowing their shares from - over 5% of company ( at least). Who is lending theirs out?

Let's hope none of them have a cousin who is an auditor and works for a well known accountancy firm!

Icecool - I agree, they were really active today and trying to hold back the price with sustained hits on the bid and offer in a rapid fire attack often hitting the price by 1.5 or 2p in a the space of a minute or two. Seems they were determined not to let the price get away with an iron grip. Fascinating to watch.

Qube added to their shorts yesterday 5/12/ ( +0.13% ) taking them to 1.94%.

Total shorts now according to short tracker now 4.85% ( plus any additional shorts under 0.5% which are not listed).

Have to wonder what these shorting outfits know or think they know or are they just chancers who hope to get lucky a certain percentage of the time ??
