In many ways the bigger prize for most stakeholders is independence. Sort the refinance( relatively straight forward despite the claptrap on here) publish the review ( much of the outcome already known) and get on with the job. I don't think the SP would necessarily fall if that were the outcome ( again despite the scare stories on here). Instits own 65/70%, the SP is already trashed.Who is gonna be falling over themselves to sell now ?(
