Bought back my trading shares that I sold several days ago. Never thought I would actually be able to buy them back under 40p( 38.3). Still good trading on this !

Isn't there a lot of expediency in these share price manoeuvres - i e keeping the price where they want it?

Current debt 690m ( plus leases which are being managed)

Company has ample headroom/ rotating facility etc etc.

Debt up for renewal/ refinance in 19 months.

Sharebel - shorts have reached 5.7% over time ( about 35 million shares give or take) . On Friday a well informed new long bought 3+% and the notification was snuck out after hours on a Fri night. Events may be altering the landscape for shorts. Things change...

Interesting FT article - good to know that the company is seriously looking for a deal ( unlike last time) exploring unlocking value/ selling consulting etc but would prefer complete sale ( wow) .Like wise Sidara serious. They won't want to fail a second time

Carrot - they would be laughed out of the board room if they offered 20 or 40 p. The company rejected 220 last year saying it undervalued the business. Given the water under the bridge a fair starting price would be 90 to 110. Don't delude yourself. You are certainly not deluding anyone else lol

Agreed. The price last year from 2 bidders were 210, 215, 220.

The board would be a laughing stock if they agreed to 40p lol and frankly Sidara would not be so stupid to offer such a derisory offer.

Offers in last 12 months or so 210, 215, 220 etc etc.

Don't give your shares away so the shorts can close on the cheap!

Hard to see how the board could entertain a bid under 140 since they rejected 210/220 etc as it undervalued the co. Sidara will be well aware of this.Not much point in wasting time. Far better to pitch a realistic bid...
