The couple of hundred million they are offering for the whole company ( forget the 450m which is just going back into the their own kitty) could probably be found in working cash/ cashflow sitting in the company anyway. There is certainly scope for other bidders to enter( Worsley, Apollo, pe etc. this is below basement price. This is subterranean mine shaft price. Forget the scare stories about debt, recap, funding...all to scare...this is a recent narrative...all cleverly engineered. I expect other hats to be thrown in ring....

Sidara can't believe their luck. WG has been a target for them for years. This deal means they are getting 6.5 billion turnover, thousands of skilled engineers, masses of new generation contracts and a couple of hundred million cash on the books anyway thrown in for pittance.

Forget the rubbish about the cash injection - it would be straight back onto their own coffers. This offer is a joke. You have to wonder why " management" is colluding with this deal or rather steal.
