bushmaster - Your gut feel is really a conspiracy theory. The fact of the matter is that GDR have been poor, and it is now 9months since the pandemic and they have achieved nothing. It takes some beating in terms of how little GDR has achieved, but I hope this is a turning point. At £28m market cap, an investment at this level should see a decent return, but i don't buy the conspiracy theories myself.

Why convert them at this price? I suspect they’ve already sold them through some instrument of sorts. To dump 6m odd shares without some hedging of risk before hand would be crazy.

I can tell you that anything on or above 23.1 is a buy. I have added two small chunks at 23.08p and they're showing as sells.

Tests will still be needed, but considering gdr has had 8 months to get as much money as possible, and have not sold any so far, it’s highly unlikely they will make a bundle. There will be a “dead cat bounce” which I’ll sell into, but personally I don’t see the long term future of gdr being in the same level I expected many months ago. Good luck to all, my god we need it now....

Testing will be here for a while for sure, but how much is GdR going to benefit from it? There are so many pharmas now which have fast tests, GDR lost their USP on “rapid testing”. Effectively, by the time they get approvals and start selling, will be almost spring, and with the vaccine staring soon, who’s willing to put money on Covid stocks still? I personally don’t see many positives, so long term not sure there is enough potential to keep people invested with big sums.

Tbh, we didn’t fair as badly as some other Covid plays, so fingers crossed a strong rebound takes this close to £1.

So many experts on this bb. Saline testing is not what people are here for, although I agree while this is great news, time will tell how useful or financially beneficial it’ll be If no vaccine, then unbelievable potential. Time will tell. Not the news we’ve been waiting for though, and that’s still to come and it could be any day.
