First Ian is 1.6/1.7, then should lift further with some good news. 2021 will be good for THR, looking forward to it. Gold will rise further, so whatever people say here, it makes no difference to the value of assets. I see this double in the first couple of months of 2021, and hopefully significantly higher by end of year

I’d take any rise or fall between Christmas and new year with a pinch of salt. No liquidity, so any moves are exaggerated with no real support. Let’s see what January brings

Buy-sell - you’re not serious surely? What do you expect them to do, tell us when they go for a tea break too? Come on, this is standard practice, you get the core samples and you send them in for analysis. What would anyone hold on to them? Maybe these guys need a trophy for their lounge showing off the gold :)

I am going to put my neck out there and say 2021 will be transformational for Alba :). And yes, I came up with this all on my own..;). Let’s leave this crappy year behind us, and get the news flowing in January, when we will be talking about pennies rather than 0.5p

Elir - thats a good stab at valuing Alba, but I have to disagree with it. Valuing an exploration company is a moving target - a hint of good news and your calculations need re-doing. I think, and it's entirely my opinion on past experience in tens of miners, if Alba come with good assays, and good, positive language, I see this well above 1p in no time. All my opinion, and I applaud you for your efforts.

£56k almost certainly a sell, and the reason for the initial price drop. All the others are buys.

Nothing comes without risk but £3.5m in the bank with £6m market cap is stupid. I bought £5k here before Christmas and good trial and FEED results would see a significant rise here. I don’t have a price target, but can see this at multiple times the current SP on successful trials. Gl to all

If the results are good, we shouldn’t care when they are released. I am hopeful we will get these early jan though, then the story will truly unfold

People get so hung up on warrants. They’re generally good for the company as it allows hem (most of the time) to negotiate the SP at which they raise money by giving warrants exercisable at specific, and much higher prices. Also, when the warrants are exercised, they’re not “free”, people have to pay for them which means more cash in the company’s balance sheet. When we got 1.1p and beyond, id be happy for those warrant holders to exercise their warrants and sell their shares.

Lloyd - my post wasn’t aimed at you :). Plus, one should be free to say whatever they want about a company (hopefully backed up by some evidence), but my point was around insults by some posters aimed at everyone else. Always makes me laugh

Knight rider - no, I have not missed it at all. You’re clearly mixing things up. Let me give you another example to counter your example - Val, went up from 4p to 60p not long ago, immediately after removing the ceo. Each company is unique, each scenario is unique. So comparing NUOG, or any other crappy (or successful for that matter) company to another is pointless. Gdr may indeed end up with no sales, or make a fortune, knows. I certainly wouldn’t want to compare it to any other company and if I were, it’d be its immediate competitors not some failed oil exploring company.

Knight rider- what are you on about mate? How is NUOG in any way similar to GDR? You just pick a **** company and compare with another in a completely different market/industry and in completely different circumstances? Do you even know anything about GDR?

I expect this to continue moving until assays come in. Hopefully 2nd week of Jan. By then, I see the SP above 6p and possibly close to 7p, a good platform from which to start when assays land.
