Think about it for a moment, Nova have around ONE HUNDRED MILLION POUNDS, IN THE BANK, the Dhsc, make a claim against it, but dont rush to recover it and infact take ages to start claim? The are simply delaying having to pay, for what they OWE NOVA?

On the other hand, if you have 100 million, sat there, whats the rush, knowing what you are owed, will attract interest and probably a fair chunk of compensation?

And we the share holders, are sat between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, and even with sp so low, it doesnt bother Nova, yep because they have 100 million in the bank?
