You have to ask yourself, why and when the logical doesnt seem right, then you have to look closely at the illogical?
One thing is for certain, even at say 4 million a year in salaries, with 99 million in bank and a probable/possible additional say 80 million, due if resolution goes are way, which has been RNS'd that we have very GOOD grounds to enforce our contractual rights? That would be flagrant lying (as RNS'd) so someone's head(s) would roll?
It would take DECADES to use up, that kind of cash, even if just standing still ?
Most BoD wont live that long!
Then there is the interest this 170/80 million is accruing, each year?
Then there will be a proper AGM eventually, where Im guessing many would attend and vote said, wages down, directors off, who knows... what else?
There is far to much here to simply right it off, no matter how bitter you are at your current loss figure! Of course it stings, "for many of us" but, as we all know this share can change on a sixpence and go from 60p to 6 quid with one decent merger or whatever?
BoD have been hiding behind "virtual agms" but that cant last forever...
Way more to this scenario than meets the normal PI eye imo... no idea what, but, when the info comes through the smokescreen of silence... Then make your choice ? IMHO
Easy to fall out and row with others here, easy to quit and say good riddance, but...
#WHATIF ?
