It would much easier to speak to Suzy, as I am sure there are pointers she can update you with that are not "top secret" it would be much easier than "guessing" & "assumption" and enable you to get a better idea, of what is next in store for 401 ?
I would say ask George about 201, but sadly you can never get a straight answer, only always a cryptic one and most likely why no one really trusts him, because nigh on after every decent statement "cash raise"
It is also very clear now, that the comments and statements made at the agm, were quite vague in that nothing has happened as yet that we were "lead to believe it would" ie "updates" the reasons given were still t's to be crossed and i's to be dotted!
In fact the only questions, answered in a straight manner, we no we are not putting further funds in and yes further monies were due in, even if July was indicated and it ended up late Sept!
As now wondering if, the 150k sale of asset (shares) money has actually been paid yet and also whether the 301 patent fee's have actually been paid as yet? Now further funds have been raised, or is it just to ensure salaries up to Christmas? As imo 300k will last about 2 months, without further trial costs?
If a really dynamic 201 update or indeed a really decent 401 update isnt forthcoming prior to Christmas, well not sure it will be a happy and prosperous new year!
Finally, I always understood it that if sp affecting news, was know, it should be rns'd to the shareholders? For example, we know that 401 is now in a stand alone situation with no further assistance form Val and two letters of intent, and possibly another our or more interested parties that as yet, havent confirmed either way?
So, surely the next step (way forward) with the two LOI and if any more have now confirmed, yes or no, we should have had an update by now, considering the time period? This indeed could help the sp rather than the silence that is imo not helping the sp.
Its obvious that a sentiment rise can be created by mm's. Meaning Im guessing they could also cause a detriment drop? And why I am still here, "knowing what I know" by doing my own research and hoping for a substantial update! I mean why else would the totally negatives be here... not for our good, but definitely for their own???
