Morning, was it you or team hanz that stated, that they thought Suzy was the CSO of Val (chief strategy officer) ? As it doesnt state it on main Board of Directors?

Also, I thought her main role was to do with 401 ? not the others, although I am sure they cross reference all data?

What you will see imo, is when the sp crawls back up to say .155 ish, is loads of sells, so those who bought in a the low, cash in, for their 10/15% imo

To get a serious rise, takes either a serious news rns or a new (BS type) broker, again imo....

Just moved from one dept to another.... maybe they need a fresh pair of eyes and ears, because the lead scientist and ceo is to busy doing **** finance deals instead of research and the other coo is to busy flying around the country/world, hinting to all that it bloody works, rather than buckling down and getting it to work?

Plus with the current appetite for shares, any cash raise will have to be to an institution as I dont see much enthusiasm from PI's with lack of clarity on so many questions needing answers...

If there was a max cash raise of 600 mil shares aprox that I believe are left?
At say .00125 = 750k less costs/fee's

1. that would put us a max shares in circulation
2. that would give BoD imo 5-6 months breathing space, to get deal over line
3. or it would then mean consolidation in early new year, so they can continue

and yet still silence, on all deal possibilities, regarding 201 and 401

and sells not as yet dropping below .0014 (hence my assumption of .00125) yet bid getting hammered as per usual?

and we wonder why even the most positive of us (myself included) feel a little be down at times... as Uncanny stated, time to put in bottom draw and get on with life... and see what transpires in six months or twelve months or if still around???

Second 50% reckon a deal is possible, but not in timescales (cash will run out) needed!

Only possible deals are... 201 jv or sale and 401 sale of 55% to one or more of the six possible interested parties or the two LOI parties? Other than its that, cash raise (if they can get it away over base) & how how long will a few 100k last with their cash burn! My guess, sale of 55 % to 401 possible jv partners, for enough to get 201 over line, to commerciality! By a whisker!

well GEORGE did say SIX interested parties, so maybe it is finally starting... ?

Wouldnt be so bad, 401 stands alone now, so buys 55% and that money enables Val to get 201 across the line and SP goes supersonic...

Agreed, a while back, I was all for the long haul, but quite frankly the cabin staff on Val Airways, leave a lot to be desired, so if it were to land at the one pence airport, Id imagine they would have a half empty plane!

imo the only saleable asset, is their 55% in 401, which now its stand alone, might raise what 500 euro lol and then another huge exit fee loan debacle, when they borrow zillions of the strength of it !!!

yet when I tried to sell a million, no live price, same at 750 500 & 250, it wasnt until I got 100k,
that it gave me .1425 to sell & in reverse, I could buy for .15

so whilst small vol, it says no large buyers either? unless they are accumulating to fill one massive order????

wonder if a few of us all piled in, in the morning with say 1 mil or 5 mil buys what would happen to sp?

Near term value...
Firstly you will have more shares, because you will have to buy more, to average down, from the imminent cash raise, shortly...

but when they go up near term, (usually never) you will have near term value?

In the mean time, cant get a sell price of 100,000 shares at present, are the rats deserting a sinking ship? (does that include you Paulie£, as I still hold ???)

what does "potentially complimentary" mean then?

If its got value, it costs, if it hasnt, its free...

and all of this for 5000 euro's and of course a 210 mil finance cancellation cost!
