and no, I dont need reassurance, but, why should the BoD, carry on the way they are, not being held to account?

You seem to either forget or ignore, I have indeed had direct (face to face) conversations with most of the BoD and very little has panned out, how they stated it would... In a word, Im doubting certain members integrity!

and as for hobbies I have plenty, thank you and as you can see a lot of free time?
