The 12p price today is simply a reaction to the 3,326,268 shares settlement of US$500,000 due to GOG for the final payment of $750,000 for the increase to 100%. These shares were issued at 11.99 , and quite often this awful AIM market shows scant regard for value , only driven by daily emotion and MM manipulation for profit .
There seems to be a very specific rule :
"IF there is any share issue the MM `s MUST hit that price -- Regardless "!

It certainly does no good whatsoever and will not reduce stress levels to post up whinging posts implying anxiety about the current situation , perhaps in the vain hope that some one will have an answer to eliminate risk and issues .

Dazzle ~~~ I also think there seems to have been an increasing degree of `nervousness` apparent in the thread over the last few weeks and agree with your comment : "some of us are expressing desperation" !
Some are probably bordering on desperation but most are probably just frustrated at the time its taking to finalise this farm out . After all there have been at least a couple of disappointing statements where "Weeks" have in fact turned out to be "Months" . The other disappointment is the the lack of FOMO and a lack of recovery from Winx on which to build a stronger sp as a consequence of a successful FO . Also there has been a lack of complimentary David Wall posts from some previously robust supporters . Perhaps understandable , but I think this inevitably generates a less enthusiastic audience , in a situation where the final outcome is unclear .
fwiw ~~~ I do think that DW is as good as his word and that the FO , with all the detail , will eventually arrive .

Pepco ~~~ You are a very brave man ! I agree that the positives in your summary revolve around the recent finance appointments in the Company . Prelea is obviously totally incompetent in this area but the new CFO might just be able to restore some semblance of stability , especially if external financing is actually obtained . Assuming a good result , this is going to take a very very long time to resolve indebtedness through positive profitability . I can understand why you have averaged down , on the face of it (if you believe) `doubling up` might preserve your original investment (I could probably buy c. 4x my residual holding for the price I paid for my original stake.) I see the problem then becomes how to dump them again in the sea of 8 billion ? I imagine this will result in consolidation at some stage and a further value reduction of c. 15% . In these sort of circumstances Companies have come back from the dead , but it`s the shareholders who have saved the day , and more often than not paid dearly for that dubious privilege . The only guaranteed real winner here is Prelea with his personal interest in the success of BP .
Anyway good luck to you , I`ll be content with a good night out , IF this does work out !

In fairness we`re not waiting for DW to announce terms , I believe that the first announcement will come from our partner . DW should then be in a position to fill in all the detail relevant to shareholders of 88e .

Listening to the Podcast it really does sound like a very compelling investment opportunity with exciting milestones at near term regular intervals . When he mentioned 1400bopd I thought he sounded suddenly a little flustered as if ; `perhaps I shouldn`t have said that `, or `oops , I think I`ve jumped the gun (we`re still experimenting with optimal flow rates for maximum long term delivery.) . Toward the end of the discussion he then reverted to the 1000bopd , which was the figure in the public domain .
A little confusing but I`m thinking that the ultimate announcement will be a production figure between 1000 and 1400 bopd .
The good news is that he gave the impression that this information would be available soon , but not when !
I think they are just working on tweaking the flow rate so it could be at any time .

This is such an interesting issue . If I had 10% plus of some `VAST` primary potential Romanian asset , I guess I would be moving heaven and earth to secure the license to develop it . There are indeed often `Unprecedented ` means of securing legal rights .
Has anyone yet found out where the downpayment for the trucks went ?
Or that little matter of the elusive 1m GBP that subsequently precipitated further fund raising ?
